The 1.5 hour wait was forgivable for the price, until they broke my door handle. I went back to let them know the door they replaced the window on wasn't opening to take a second look(honest mistakes happen) and please fix it, another 1.5 hour wait! They returned my vehicle saying the error was fixed, it was not. I went back into the office to let them know, and that I didn't have another 1.5 hour to waste, some kid barely out of high-school explained that it wasn't their fault and he wasn't even the one who worked on my car so it wasn't on them and I had to get it fixed. I asked why did they return the vehicle the second time saying it was fixed? Kid said they "thought" they had fixed it. Office nor kids refused to take responsibility. My door was working perfectly fine just before I went in.The whole interaction was shady and crookish. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureu, based on the other crookish experiences I've seen on here, and have agreed to share my experience with the media. Will update.

Asked very politely if they carried a certain part, when they asked what type of car I told them what it was and that it was a convertible. They said I had to order the part because they were out. I said that was fine and went there to leave the $20 deposit. I live on 75th and Cicero, I had previously called other locations and was immediately turned down because it was a convertible. When I showed up they were very rude and said I never mentioned the fact that it was a convertible, when I had told him at least 3 times to be sure. He said there is nothing he could do because I had lied to him. The woman at the front counter had the same response, not even an apology they said it was all my fault. Never been so disrespected in my entire life. Would definitely choose anywhere else when looking for service.

I highly do not recommend this location. The replacement of the windshield took 1.5 hrs which wasn’t the problem. When I got in my car, the rear view mirror that was placed in my car was not the original one my vehicle had. When I told them, they tried to change it to another mirror that again, wasn’t mine. When I told them it wasn’t mine, they showed me my mirror and said they cracked the back when removing it. I asked if they could fix it, the said no, so I wanted to me reimbursed so I can purchase one from my dealership, the worker left for 10 minutes and my original mirror has magically fixed. The worker seemed very upset that he had to replace my rear view mirror. Called my dealership and turns out the mirror costs $120 new, $80 if you buy used. And THEN the glass installed on my vehicle wasn’t the right one because you couldn’t see the VIN number. In the past, this place was very great. I had 2 door windows replaced 2 separate times and never had a problem. Hate that they tried to make extra money from my mirror on top of what I already paid for the windshield + installation. It’s genuinely REALLY BAD WORK and A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Worst experience of my life! If negative stars were an option, this review would have been for negative stars. I ordered my part with them via phone and was informed that they were going to call me when the part arrived, which didn't happened by the way. Therefore, I went ahead and called them to confirm that my part arrived, in which it did (mind you, the lady which picked up the call was being super rude). When I got there, they told me they had the wrong part after I waited 30 mins for them. Didn't offer any apologies for wasting my time and insisted that I gave them the wrong car model (how is this even possible since it's my car??) Not to mention, I confirmed the make and model of my car on the first phone call I placed and again confirmed the make and model of my call on the second phone call I made to confirm that my part had arrived. Oh to make matters worst, they told me that they wouldn't service me if I went back again. If you go, I wish you the best of luck.

This place is not run by professionals at all. First, the installers are a group of young individuals who show no respect for customers' vehicles. The window tint installation was supposed to take a little over two hours, but the work was completed in just one hour, indicating that my truck was rushed and the quality was poor. When I received my vehicle, they left water sprayed on the window, which then ran down the door panel and splashed all over my leather seats. The least they could have done was use a towel to wipe the panels down instead of leaving them dirty. Furthermore, any excess window tint that was cut was left inside my car, demonstrating their lack of care. Additionally, my leather seats were scratched and left filthy. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to simply put a towel on the seats to prevent over spraying water and to wipe the seats clean afterward. It’s the little things that make a significant difference. The front passenger door panel was damaged while they were removing it, resulting in a large dent that reflects their lack of professionalism. Additionally, the door panels are now stained from the overspray of the water or liquid they used during the tint installation. I also had to go back to the business to have my door handle cover fixed because they installed it incorrectly. They offered to reinstall the tint for any mistakes, but honestly, I would rather pay another business than go through this unprofessional experience again.

Terrible service I came in with a 2020 chevy Malibu and was told they could fix my two front broken windows. When they finished I told them it sounded like glass was still in the door; they continued to say it was just a small piece of glass. The person who changed the glass looked very young and unprofessional, even left scratches on my door panel and chipped a few door pieces. Eventually I took my car to another car place; they took apart my door and found huge chunks of glass on both doors and a napkin inside my door I would not recommend this place they even lost a screw and a few inside door panel fasteners if I could give O stars I would they treated my car like it was a cheap old car.ServicesAuto side window replacement
