I took my 2007 Chevy Tahoe to get a leak in the windshield repaired, they called and said it needs a new windshield, which I had assumed was the problem and was good with that. Picked it up after hours to discover the tubes for the windshield washer sprays were broken. I Called the next morning and they said I could bring it in and they'd look at it, the parts cost me $45 so instead of driving across town a couple times I just fixed it myself. I get it's older and things break so I probably would've even paid them to fix it had they called and told me the plastic lines broke upon removal, but the fact they tried ignoring the problem like i wouldnt notice is what bothers me. I'm sure they would've fixed the problem in the end, but for $45 and an hour of my life I figured I'd spend my energy handling it myself.

The worst. My dealer contracted them to fix my rear defroster, applying an element repair kit. NO glass was replaced yet I cleaned a handful of broken glass pieces out of the carpet and lying on the leather seats inside my car. They put a pad on the trunk of my car, that must have been full of glass shards as well, so when they pulled the pad off it embedded micro scratches all over the trunk lid. The element repair kit didn't work, so the dealership ordered a replacement window. Arnold's installed that as well, now I've got sealant in places where there never was sealant and they damaged the rear interior shelf after using some type of solvent to clean it up. These folks have no respect for someone else property, in my eyes, they're just untrained minions.

Great job! Quick service! Knowledgeable and experienced staff! I originally went to a nationally advertised glass shop because my insurance company suggested it. They could not do the job due to problems left by a previous botched replacement (a DIY by the previous vehicle owner). The folks at Arnold's understood the problems, found the solutions and did the extra work necessary to restore my van to like-new condition and functionality. Thanks so much! I couldn't be happier!

I always try the local dealers before going to a national company. Unfortunately, this was a very bad choice. I had a tiny crack in my Audi windshield and they assured me they could fix it for $35. However, they did something wrong with their machine and cracked my windshield! So now the cost is $450. The poorest customer service I have ever experienced in Muskegon. And their waiting room is disgusting.

Referred to Arnold's Auto Glass from Lee's Collision on Getty in Muskegon, (another place that rocks and fixed my front bumper a couple months ago.) Friendly staff, receptionist at the front was extremely professional. Got me in the next day after I called to replace a back window on a 2008 Honda CRV. Quoted the same price as Safelite and Gerber Glass and Collision, but at least I knew I was supporting an honest and local business on the Lakeshore. Highly recommend.

Usually I love supporting small businesses, so I was glad to get with Arnold’s as they could get me in asap. I had my back glass replaced by them, which itself turned out great. When installing they called and said it would be an extra $50 as the back wiper was corroded and they needed to replace. I gave the go ahead, then I get my car back and now my wiper is not working, when it did before. It will stop halfway through the wipe, as well as only the tip is hitting so they did not install correctly. I contacted and brought my car in for them to look at it/fix it and they did nothing, claiming my motor is bad and they’ll “give me a discount” if i have them replace it. And they even asked if moisture got to it and I told them no as it was just a spider web crack for two days. It worked perfectly fine before I brought it in!! If you break something within install that worked it should not be on the customer to fix it. Very disappointing and do not recommend this business.
