Where do I start? I couldn’t have asked for a better company to take care of us after our vehicle got broken into. We ended up needing a driver and passenger window replaced. Atlantic Auto Glass was able to get us on the schedule promptly. The techs who came out to make the repair were beyond professional and knowledgeable. They were very quick with the repair and made sure to even go a step further and vacuum all the broken glass pieces that had fallen into the door when the windows got smashed in. Not only did they clean up after themselves, but they also took all the plastic wrap and tape that we had covering the window off and threw it away for us and made sure everything looked impeccable. I can't say enough good things about Atlantic Auto Glass. They are a pleasure to deal with and were very kind and helpful in replacing my windshield. I had been taken advantage of by an unscrupulous windshield installer in Stuart. He was a nightmare and I lost my money, but Atlantic Auto Glass came to the rescue and did the perfect installation at a good price for me. If I could leave 0 stars I would!! This company came out, after being recommended by our dealership, to fix the back glass of our 3 month old truck. After “replacing” the back glass and waiting the indicated hours afterwards before washing the truck we found that the entire top of the back glass was leaking. We called the company they came out looked at it and told us there was no leak the damage was there prior, mind you we just got the truck 3 months ago. What they actually did was fix the truck to where now it doesn’t leak but we have a ruined headliner, moldy carpet and back seat, as well as back speakers that no longer work. What an outstanding company! We had a cracked windshield and after contacting the company received a quick call back for details and scheduling. The company had to come out several times and did so quickly and without issue. Audrey was always responsive to my needs and the install crew was awesome and really fast. First two windows had some mild distortion that affected my wife's vision, but finally got the manufacturer window installed without problems. Very professional from start to finish. If you want the work done right and want to talk to an actual person, avoid the big company and call these folks. Best service on anything we have had since we moved to Florida! Thank you!!

The original reason I chose them was it’s a mobile service. That being said when they looked up my vehicle they said there was some fine tuning they had to do with my windshield that had to be done at the shop so I had to bring it in. So I was a little annoyed at that. I made my appointment. I thought I made it at 10am but they had me down at 9am. That being said they called and left a message, they didn’t just let me miss the appointment. When I called back the guy in the office didn’t accept blame but didn’t deflect blame on the incorrect time. I was told I could still bring it in. Brought it in. The guy in the office, can’t recall his name, is very pretty. I’m not into dudes, but I got eyes and calls’em like I sees’em. He was very nice and professional. Quoted me a time on how long it would take. I walked around the area whilst they did it. They got it done in half the time they quoted me. They handled the paperwork and dealing with my insurance company. The guy that installed the windshield, also do not recall his name, is an artist. He was able to get everything off my old windshield and put it back in exactly the same spot on the new windshield. One of the things is a toll pass that’s a sticker that’s is meant to break when pulled off so you have to get a new one. He was able to get it off without breaking it and reapply it. He told me he could to that, but I did not believe him. I was 100% incorrect. Very nice people but Service was slow and ineffective. I came in asking to just have the molding installed around my windshield after waiting a week I had to call them and the lady said that she must have not finalized the order and that she would call me on tues day when it would most likely arrive . I waited until Friday and got no update nor told the part came in and when I called she said it still was not there and that it was odd they must have not gotten the order. I believe they were trying but 2 weeks for a molding installation for a windshield that took safelite 4 days !! To order and install is rediculous and a waste of time . I got fed up and canceled my order.
