Atlas Auto Glass

I've used Atlas Auto Glass twice, now. The first time, I thought I had lucked out and what I needed just happened to be in stock and they just happened to be able to come out and fix it the next day. Just today, a storm came through our town and broke a huge tree limb off that shattered my car window. I had already written off my plans to go anywhere for the night, but then I called Atlas and they were able to come out and fix it the same day. Not to mention that their pricing is so low that there is never a need to claim it on my insurance, which is a money saver in the long run!

An out of state fender bender shattered my rear window in my SUV. I called Atlas in Houston en route to my destination in Austin and Nakia (manager) set me up with David a technician in Austin. David was unbelievable. He was early to replace my glass window, was incredibly professional and very empathetic to my situation being from out of state and alone dealing with this problem. David was so great he even recommended a local auto body repair shop owned by a friend to get some small damage fixed. He did all that he could to help me and even went above and beyond the job he was scheduled to do. Thank you David!PositivePunctuality, Professionalism

Very nice people. I called to set an appt for a rock chip repair. They said I could just come in. I went to location by my house & was informed the chip repair machine was broken & he was awaiting a new one to be delivered. I asked why I wasn't told that when I called as I said I'd get right over. Turns out when you call the number listed it goes to a central number. The guy took my information and said he'd come to my house to repair when he rec'd the machine so I wouldn't have to return. This location is in the process of remodel. Now it's a noticeable blue building and the reception area is being built out. I was informed new signage would be added too.

Horrible company, I was quoted $318 for a windshield replacement. I agreed and I set up an appointment, I was told they had my windshield in stock. Arrived at 8:30 am. but At 12:30 pm I was told the windshield got damaged in transport and they didn't have another. The representative Hector lied, they didn't have it in stock. I drove away with my broken windshield. Then I went to All Discount Auto Glass on Shepherd and Parker Rd. They truly had it on site and got it done in an hour for $175. Go to All Discount Auto Glass for better service and prices, just bring cash.

My recent experience with Atlas Auto Glass in Houston, Texas, has been a severe disappointment and a cautionary tale for potential customers. I entrusted them with a windshield repair, but instead of a solution, their service caused a cascade of malfunctions in my vehicle's essential features. Post-repair, critical systems such as autopilot, backup camera, lane assist, cruise control, 360 cameras, and the heads-up display ceased to function entirely. Disturbingly, when I approached the shop seeking resolution, they not only denied any responsibility but callously refused to issue a refund for the $450 I paid. Their refusal to rectify the situation or acknowledge their role in disrupting my car's functionalities is deeply concerning. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and safety is unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of Atlas Auto Glass at all costs. Their lack of accountability and willingness to dismiss serious issues they've caused highlight their unreliability and disregard for customer well-being.

I could not have been more pleased with the service, price and general kindness I got from Reggie. He knows what he's doing and makes you feel important as opposed to other companies that see you as a number on a chart. I put in a quote with that big company you see all over the T.V. commercials and they wanted to charge me 50% more for a replacement windshield. I dropped my car off at 12:05p and was out of there by 1:15 p.m. All my stickers were put back in the exact same spot, there was zero damage done to my auto dimming rear view mirror, he was cautious with my dash cam as well. I know exactly where I'm sending my family and friends for their window repairs!
