Was very nice and got me in quick to get glass replaced on a Sunday, 1st put in wrong brand of glass I paid for, had to go back to get that changed, they told me they would vacuum out glass also, had to go back again to get that done and a extra screw put in that was left in floor, they took truck back and wasn’t back long and I still have glass all in my door. They need to do better at paying attention to what they’re doing and try to do a better job not just being fast to get you out quick, so now I have to take the door panel to get all the noisy glass out of my door something they should’ve done and what I paid for being done but they didn’t do it and I gave them two chances. Would not use them again, also, when I text him the last time to tell him that he still did not vacuum the glass out of my door I got no response. He could’ve at least said sorry or bring it back if you’re in the area and we will get it took care of, so beware and double check their work if you take the chance to use them!

Consider this a glowing review! I will recommend them to all of my friends and family! These guys are so affordable and offer great customer service! I called them late one day and they were able to take me early next morning! My old windshield needed to be replaced and my new windshield's quality is amazing. I would give a higher rating, but I ended up waiting FIVE HOURS to have a window replaced. It wasn’t the fault of anyone at the shop, but instead the fault of the person, Hayden, who I spoke with on the phone. I told him which window I needed replaced as well as the make and model of my vehicle. He said they had the glass in their shop on 45, so even though I live and work very near the Dallas location, I drove out to East End bc Hayden said it would be faster and I’d be out in an hour to an hour and a half, tops. Hayden did not ask me about whether my glass is tinted (factory tinted), so the glass he claimed was in the shop was clear. It took FIVE HOURS to get the correct glass to the shop. They sent a driver to pick it up but there were issues that further delayed the glass getting to the shop. Once it finally arrived, they were very fast and as far as I can tell, did a good job. They gave me a discount for the inconvenience, but I ended up having to take half a day off work for something that should have taken an hour and could have been taken care of on my lunch break.

2.5 stars! Cons: their pricing was very suspicious. One person said $320 over the phone and I called 2 hours later and another person said $240 ( for the same service). If that is not suspicious, idk what is. So I went in and it seemed like they were trying to figure out a way to get out of their lies. Guy (seems like the boss, Ivan) who quoted less tried to explain saying that his quote was for a Chinese aftermarket product while the $320 quote mentioned by the other person was the American product. Either way that is very SUSPICIOUS and a bad look on the company, it seems like they are trying to cheat their customers. Shouldn't you tell your customers if it's aftermarket if it actually was? I think it's unprofessional to offer clients a discount when getting windshield replacements and not to honor that discount (50% off on rock chips) and lifetime warranty for the windshield. But when I call to have a windshield repair the company is unable to do it for the 50% off offered to us when we got our windshield replaced. The guy on the phone said he could only do $10 off. I recommended my best friend and sister to them because I was pleased with their deals, prices and service but after this there’s no way I’ll recommend them to anyone else. . (Update) The lady at the place called me to honor her word about the discount that was offered to me when i replaced my windshield. Hopefully things continue to be good with them and I can continue to be a loyal customer!

Had an unexpected incident when a bird crashed into my passenger-side quarter glass during my commute, shattering it completely. They meticulously vacuumed out nearly every shard of glass, and the new quarter glass looks factory-installed. Most impressively, Atlas Auto Glass charged significantly less than Safelite—less than one-fourth the price Safelite quoted me, without the unnecessary upsells. They even offered me an additional discount due to the wait, which I gratefully returned as a tip for their outstanding service and transparency. A heads-up about parking: spots are somewhat limited, and backing out onto the adjacent street can be tricky. Just exercise caution, and you'll be fine. I highly recommend Atlas Auto Glass.
