Outstanding service from Austin Windshields! They efficiently handled two cars simultaneously, arriving on time and displaying utmost professionalism throughout. They sourced and installed everything within 3 days of our initial call and even did it in our driveway. The entire process from scheduling to installation was seamless. Their quick response time, quality workmanship, and ability to accommodate specific glass requirements make them my go-to choice for windshield repair and replacement!

I waited a few days after having my windshield replaced to ensure the job was well done. It's been more than a week and I've put a fair amount of miles under the new glass and haven't faced any issues so far. The scheduling was same day, i had them working on it from the convenience of my home in under 5 hours since i made the call. Jay answered all my questions, was clear about scheduling and responsive. The tech was friendly and ensured i understood the process and got the job done. I recommend this company for this reason. They did pop up as Safelite under my insurance and I've noticed that Safelite in Austin doesn't have a good track record but Austin Windshields did a good job for me.

I highly recommend Austin Windshields! After Safelite canceled my service appointment with no notification I called Austin Windshields to see if they could help. I wish I would have started with them to begin with. They were able to come out the very next day, the person I spoke with on the phone was so helpful, the service technician was kind and professional, and it was such an easy experience. And it ended up costing less than Safelite was going to change me!

I highly recommend Austin Windshields, they are both easy to deal with and professional in their dealings. 1st off - they answer the phone immediately with a human being 2nd - they provide an immediate quote 3rd - they came out the next day and did a great job on the install 4th immediately followed up for payment and a few instructions, such as no professional car wash for 3 days.
