Auto Glass Center

I came here two days ago after a rock hit my windshield on the passenger side. The windshield developed a large crack which began to spread within a few hours. I was hoping to be able to get the windshield repaired by an auto glass shop... but when I brought it by the auto glass center they told me it was unable to be fixed because the crack was too large. Ray, the shop manager told me that the only way to fix it was it get my windshield replaced. He quoted me a very decent price and so I went ahead and let him complete the replacement. I was really surprised when he came back and told me that the job was done in about 20 minutes, I had really expected to wait longer. These guys are definitely the best windshield replacement san diego shop. Ray the owner was really nice and told me detailed directions on what I should and shouldn't do so that my new windshield would set correctly. Two days later... my windshield looks great, no problems yet. I even got a great warranty!

Auto Glass Center is the real deal. I could not been more happier with the customer service from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I called several places to get a price and Auto Glass Center was the cheapest. If you are looking for an honest business that is straight to the point I would not even think twice about coming here for all your auto glass needs. After having a bad experience with other places who told one price and got there it was way higher. Auto Glass Center told me one price and stood on their words. This is the only place I trust with my eyes closed and will come for any auto glass repairs. Thank you to the entire staff from the bottom of my heart. We need more people like you in this world.

I have nothing but Kind things to say about the way I was treated by this company. I had my car broken into and everything stolen, and needed my passenger door glass repaired. From the second I dialed, customer service was on the front burner. The owner was very kind. He offered me a cold drink and had his employee Gio give me a ride back to my apartment. The shop "mascot" is adorable; a sweet lil' pup who was impeccably well behaved. Gio was so chill, just all around good vibes. They fixed it same day with OE quality glass, and they had to go clear to Irvine to make it happen for me. Quick turnaround, and a very fair price. I almost cried when I saw that they had vacuumed up the broken glass, it was above and beyond. If you need your glass replaced, this is the place to go. My minivan sunroof drain was clogged and leaked inside overnight. I brought it here to see if they could help me clear the drain and he did it for free without any wait. They are very friendly and up front about what's happening. The mechanic wanted to charge over $100, but he was willing to help without a charge because it only takes them a few minutes to do with compressed air. So greatly appreciated!! Even though I wasn't a paying customer, I was still offered the waiting room perks of a beverage and comfortable seat while I waited. Such great customer service!

I was referred to Auto Glass center by another mechanic because another mechanic wanted to charge me 500 to replace the weather stripping on my windshield. I talked to Ray he said come by and I'll do a courtesy look. He verified that the weather stripping was not causing a problem and then he told me to bring my car around so his guys could look at it. They did a water test and determined it was my drain holes which were clogged. They ran air through the holes and did a water test to confirm the problem was fixed. Then he told me to give another place a call because he was not allowed to touch the back drain holes due to him having to unmount my sunroof. For all of this, he charged me $0. Great guy, great team, great service and we even cracked up and joked. Thank you so much Ray, I wish more people in the Auto industry were as genuine and honest as you. You saved me $500. Thank you!!!

I normally do not leave reviews. When a business provides exceptional service, the right thing to do is let people know about it. I originally went with Auto Glass Repair Center because after calling 8 different auto glass places, they were the most affordable. I eventually got my windshield replaced and was very happy with the service provided. Later that week, I experienced a leak where water entered the vehicle. I initially thought that it was because there might be a leak in the window. It turns out, the leak is a common defect with Toyota Tacomas. (This issue is well documented on forums online.) I called the manager and told him what happened, he told me he would fix the problem even though it did not have anything to do with the windshield. In conclusion, I saved money by going with this service, I was treated respectfully and the work was done to an excellent standard. On top of all of this, the manager fixed a problem that was a defect with my vehicle rather than an issue with their work. They did not charge me any extra money even though to do the extra work it cost them extra time. They go above and beyond for the customer and don't expect recognition. It seems that they do this simply because they hold themselves to a high standard and want to do the best they can for every customer.
