Auto Glass Connection

I have gone to Mr. Lee's shop for three new windshields for three different cars in the past couple of years, and he is always the cheapest option around. Moreover, he's always the quickest option around. I looked into some of the other guys that deliver or work by appointment, and every other company I called wanted to schedule me for a minimum of 4 days after my call. Mr. Lee always gets me in within 24 hours of when I call him. If he doesn't have the right glass, he finds it and gets to his shop first thing the next morning. On top of that, I usually barely have time to unlock my phone, open an app, and start attempting to distract myself from the wait before he comes in and says, "okay, you're good to go!" To add even more incentive, now they deliver too!! So if you're too busy to go to him, he will send his best guy to you. They are all so polite and very proficient in their craft. I'm not exaggerating when I say I'll never go anywhere else ever again. The most expensive windshield replacement was on my wife's 2010 Toyota Rav4, and that only cost me $150. Every other place I looked was going to be double that amount, at least!! I called him on a Monday, and on Tuesday morning, I was at his shop, even though he had to order the right glass to fit my wife's car. I was there for all of half an hour, and that was only because there were 2 cars ahead of me, and then I was on my way again. It's been a month since then, and I have thoroughly inspected every inch of that glass. Not only is it flawless, but there are no leaks. I took it to the car wash after the windshield had been on for less than 2 days, I sprayed water on every single edge, but not a single drop made it inside. These guys are really the best around. I promise you that if you'll give them a chance, you won't regret it, and you'll never go anywhere else again.

Lee was amazing. My windshield was busted out yesterday (Thursday) at about 3pm. After some calling around it was looking like it would cost at least $300 and we wouldn't be able to get it replaced until Monday. I have to drive to work on the weekends so that was gonna be a not good time. A place in poteau recommended Auto Glass connection so I gave him a call. He said he would have the windshield in by tomorrow morning at 7:30 and he would take care of it. So that was good news. Then when I asked how much I was astounded when he quoted me $175. I said theirs no way. But thought what the heck. So I met him this morning. I arrived early (about 7:10am) and he was in his office ready to work. Google said he wasn't open till 8am. I gave him the key and he said have a seat and I'll take care of it. And guess what. He did. I highly recommend Mr. Lee. Great customer service. My windshield wasn't even broken for more than 24 hours. Fast and affordable and quality. He told me to come back if I have any issues and waved the sales tax. I wanted to wait a while before I gave a review to see how my window held up. It’s been probably over a month now since it’s been replaced and I have not had any problems. No whistles, leaks, or cracks. The owner was extremely nice and reasonable. He allowed me to check the satisfaction of the window after the installation before paying. He offered a lifetime replacement warranty for any leaks and a limited warranty for stress cracks. I’d recommend him any day before I send you to Safelite or big company. Expect to pay double at those other places. These guys even moved my oil sticker from my old windshield to my new one!

I called the morning of, he confirmed they had my windshield in stock and made an appointment same day. Was replaced in under 30 minutes and definitely was the best quote I got over the 3 days of calling all the auto glass places around. Quick, efficient and best prices (below any other quote by at least 80-100 bucks) Every worker was kind and amazing in every way that we interacted with. They also fixed our review mirror that's not gone on right since we got the car. I personally never leave reviews but places like this, they're rare. There is absolutely positively no better shop for your auto glass needs!

Went here based off of reviews. The service was super fast and it wasn't over priced. However you get what you pay for. I have had to bring the car back already once due to it not being sealed properly and the rain storm we got yesterday 8/30 showed the car leaks water now from the top seal. I'm going to have to either take it back here again or go somewhere else and see if they could fix it. And the guy who owns this shop is really rude especially when it comes to this shop fixing their own mistakes. Even after taking it back and having it redone it still has problems.

Fantastic and quick service. I had called early in the morning to see if they could take in walk ins and the gentleman on the phone told me they did, but asked for the details of my car to make sure he had the right part so I didn’t drive all the way down there and have to turn back. Once there, they greeted me outside of the garage and went to work on my car. The prices are extremely fair as they were half than the average stated cost for my car. They explained everything they were doing and everyone was all smiles. If I ever have glass problems again, I will definitely be using them again and refer them to others who made need work done. Just goes to show that small business is usually better than widespread corporations.
