While the customer service was great a week ago. Why I go outside yesterday and I have a hairline crack in my new windshield. I have not drove my car since the windshield was replace. So when I call I was told that it could be from to much snow on my windshield. Not the case at all because I grew up in Buffalo and know that you get the snow off your car ASAP. I went out every hour during the little snow we had to clean my window. I just reached took my car to a few other company and was told that this looks like glass imperfections or poor installation. The only thing you offer me was a small discount. That was $300 flushed down the toilet.

When Safelite couldn’t get our back glass replaced for weeks, we put in a call to Auto Glass Experts and they were out the next morning to replace out completely shattered windshield. Came to our home and completed the work very quickly. The gentleman who completed the repair was friendly and knowledgeable. He even helped me get our two car seats that were covered in glass out of the vehicle (that are a bear to remove) and he took the time to vacuum and clean up as much as possible. We have used Safelite multiple times for replacement and repairs, but never again. A great experience with this company and highly recommend them!

I am extremely happy with the job they did for me. They replace my windshield in about 25mins! They showed up in the time slot that i asked for. The 2 gentlemen that did the job were vary professional and you could tell they enjoyed their job! I found out the also do sode mirrors ans other things. These guys are phenomenal! I can’t express how happy I am with our windshield replacement. Ray was so courteous over the phone, and the technician (forgetting his name at the moment) was communicative, on time, professional, speedy AND did a wonderful job fixing our windshield. I am incredibly impressed with how quickly they fit us in too (next day service). I was going to go with one of the big chain glass repair companies— but decided to look for a small business instead— RIGHT CHOICE.
