First off let's talk about how I rung their line around 10:30pm (not expecting an answer) to hear a recording about their company, but I hung up after a few rings. Only to receive a call right back from one of their reps who stated he was up cleaning and assumed if someone was calling that late it m7st be an emergency! I laughed and said "well I found you guys online and called not expecting an answer nor call back!" I then proceeded to tell him I needed my windshield replaced. This man so kindly uploaded his computer after hours and looked up my windshield, gave me an amazing quote, and scheduled my appointment for in the morning which is today. I then arrived a few min before they opened and was greeted so nicely by the worker who took care of me and welcome me to a spacious comfortable waiting room with coffee, a big screen TV, drinks in the refrigerator l. I mean WOW! From start to finish my service was IMMACULATE! Thank yall so much again and sorry for the long post. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

State Farm provided a list of options for glass repair/replacement and I opted for Auto Glass Experts over the name brand. They called the next morning and set up a mobile appointment for the next day. The technician didn't call to provide an arrival window but when he arrived was friendly and personable. He confirmed the chip damage was repairable and got to work. The windshield was too hot (75 degrees in March) so the technician opted to cool it down with a paper towel wet with cold water. The technician then learned about thermal shock and how it can crack glass. He apologized and helped schedule me for a replacement windshield. After calling the office, they were very friendly and covered the increased deductible for the replacement. Hopefully they train their technicians better after this experience as I can't imagine they would have been willing to pay the difference in actual costs. Replacement went off without a hitch.

Found Auto Glass Experts when I discovered a small salt sized chip, that I hadn’t known about, turned into a decent sized crack in my front windshield. Since I have an 07 Toyota, it made sense to just pay out of pocket rather than go through insurance, as the rate auto glass experts gave me was reasonable and pretty affordable. I like how they put a nice warranty behind their work in case something happens. The only thing, was that my car interior was left a little dirty. Would definitely recommend them. You can either go to their shop or they have people who will come out.

I had a rock hit my windshield and immediately filed a claim through my insurance. I had to select a company to repair/replace the broken glass. I selected them and within a few minutes they called to set up an appointment to come out and replace the windshield. They were very accommodating with my schedule and very helpful. The technician was a gentleman named Jamar, he kept me informed of his ETA and when he arrived he had everything set up and ready to go within a few minutes. He explained the whole process and was extremely thorough and professional! I would definitely recommend this company 10/10 and would also highly recommend Jamar! Great experience!!
