Auto Glass Express Inc - Windshield & ADAS

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Glass Express. My windshield had a 16" crack and needed to be replaced asap since it was distracting while driving. I called at 1:25 today (a Friday afternoon) and they had the windshield needed in stock and told me they could take me immediately. The price quote was great and cheaper than my deductible if I used insurance. I headed right over and they took me in immediately, gave me a place to wait, and I am home under 2 hours after I made the call. I have a small crack on the windshield in another car and now I know where I'll be bringing it. I am so happy I found them.

I requested a quote over the phone and sent a picture of the chip via text. They had seen the damage beforehand, so I expected a straightforward repair when I arrived the next day. Instead, they changed their stance entirely. Rather than attempting the repair, they spent time explaining why it wouldn’t work—even though I understood the risks and was willing to proceed. It felt like they were more focused on pushing a full windshield replacement instead of at least trying the repair. The technician kept making excuses rather than doing the job. I ended up walking out, frustrated by the wasted time. Not sure where all the great reviews come from—maybe I caught them on a bad day—but this experience was disappointing.

Auto glass was a great decision. I had used others before but not AG. The price was much more competitive and the service was really really good. The tech was on time, friendly and explained things he was doing and busted the job right out. On top of that the office manager was great to work with, easy to schedule things and very friendly and helpful explaining all the service to be done. This is now my go to glass service provider; impressive for sure! Thanks M

Great experience especially with the customer service received by Kate! The place was very professional, recommended by Ferrari and they know what they are doing given it’s an exotic vehicle. They definitely stand behind their dedication to their work. They made sure they did not release the vehicle without making sure everything is perfectly done! I will continue working with this company and feel good given the lifetime warranty as you never know down the road how things will go but I know they got the customers back and will address any issues. I came here over five years ago for a small chip in my windshield which was fixed quickly, cleanly, and affordably. As a result of that experience, I came to the when I didn't know where else to go for a window that wouldn't go up. The regulator had failed. I don't think it is typically a repair they perform but they ordered the part and managed it. Taking apart a car door is a challenging task that they handled well. The top panel of the door was still slightly popped out which I didn't notice until some weeks later. Even so, they honored their work and fixed that, no charge. Fantastic, the integrity of this business. They build trust and deliver on their promises.
