Found Big Sky Glass and Brian on the internet. Was going to purchase a new windshield, but in meeting with Brian he told me I could repair it and save quite a bit of money. I decided to have it repaired, and we brought my wife's car here as well. Brian was honest, efficient, professional and courteous. I know the windshield will need replaced in the next year or so, and wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else but Big Sky Auto Glass. Can't recommend this company and owner highly enough. The team here is fantastic and incredibly responsive. I had my windshield replaced for the first time, and they did an excellent job. On top of that, they even helped me fix the rearview mirror on my other vehicle, which had come unglued, without charging me for it. Their outstanding service is a great way to earn repeat customers!

We’re traveling from 24 hours away. Our van driver’s window would not roll up, and we were leaving in 36 hours to drive home. They couldn’t get the part to fix the window. But they raised and locked it in place so we could drive home. And all of this within the last 30 minutes of the work day, for no charge. THAT’S great service! Three stars because of a good news/bad news experience. First the bad news: we had to return 3 times to finally get a windshield that was not warped. Quite the inconvenience for us. The good news is that they were very good in acknowledging the problem and trying to fix it every time. They said they finally used a different supplier that gave them a good, non- warped windshield. In the end, I feel we got a good windshield, but it took a lot of time to get there. I think the thing that disappointed me the most was that they did not do a quality check after installation to recognize the problem and be proactive in letting us know before we got the car back and had to discover it ourselves. Other than that, they are good people and easy to work with.

My son's car was recently vandalized resulting in a smashed rear passenger window. I contacted Big Sky and they were able to order in and get the window the next day. They scheduled the work for the following day and informed me that they could provide rides from and back to their business while the window was being repaired. In the process of installing the window, they found that the switch was also damaged during the vandalism. They had already tried to repair it but were having difficulty - thus, they needed permission to look for another switch at probably another $100 or more added to the cost of already replacing the window. Reluctantly, I gave them permission but relayed to them how irritating it was to have yet another expense as a result of vandalism that was not covered by insurance. They called back a couple hours later and I braced myself to hear how much the additional part cost/repair of the switch would be. They said they worked some more on the switch and were able to repair it after all and AT NO ADDITIONAL COST to the quoted price for the window replacement! Amazing! We have had other windshields replaced here also and have always had top rate service and quality.
