Tried to use them but the tech no call no showed the first day. Customer service rescheduled another appointment for the tech to come out and then called just before the tech was suppose to arrive and said they did not have the glass and we’re going to have the glass over nighted from another manufacture. We rescheduled for a few days later to give the glass time to arrive. Customer service called the day before my new appointment and confirmed the glass had arrived…. Supposedly. The morning after (aka: the same day as my new appointment) another customer service member called and claimed the glass was still on back order. I called SAFELITE and got my windshield replaced next day. 10/10 would recommend SafeliteNegativePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Had a window replace did an excellent job plus they tinted it for me GREAT JOB!!

I had to get my windshield replaced from where it was installed and needed to already be replaced from s few months ago! They set up appointments or tell you they will have someone call you. I understand family situations and needing to be off, I was cool with that! I’m not cool with a week later that I make the call yet again from no calls or anything! To say this is who I am and that I have been waiting a week to be told I don’t have to be loud. I had my phone on speaker to keep my one bar on my phone to be cut off by the lady and would not let me talk! Told me she was getting the person on the phone! The guy took the call so I explained the issue to him. He not once told me I was being loud! I told to him just like I did her! He could not speak on the behalf of the answering service but could on his behalf! He never cut me off or anything! I told him it was not his fault but that who does the scheduling and takes the claim issues! Never got the girls name! It happened today at 9:14!
