Installer was on time and friendly. He did vacuum out my car because there was broken glass from the old windshield, which I expected because it was busted badly. Price was about $50 cheaper than all 6 other companies I called. However not 5 star because after gluing new windshield on the installer did not tape it into place. I also noticed it has a lot of flex if you push on it slightly and it should be very sturdy. Also the moulding around the outside is not flat and the installer told me that it would lay flat after it warmed up... it is winter right now so I’m concerned how long it’s going to take until it is flat.. it’s supposed to rain tomorrow so time will tell how good it’s actually installed..

Fantastic service despite it being bitterly cold. Had the windshield replaced on my car in my office parking lot and he was done in under an hour. Only issue is my driver's side windshield wiper now has a very loud click when they work. Haven't called the company about it yet, but I can assure you my wipers never 'clicked' before.

The installer was very rude. Called the morning of the installation and gave a two hour window when he would be at work to replace the windshield. When he showed up he called and left a voice mail and said if I didn’t call back in 5 minutes I would have to reschedule. When meeting with installer he was very hateful bad tone of voice while he was giving instructions for what I needed to do
