Don't bother making any appointments. Read this before you decide. Was told in an unprofessional appointment call that they'll call me back for this mobile windshield fix around 8am to 5pm with no confirmation and I asked all the questions as this receptionist answers some of your questions just before they hang up. Don't waste nearly a month as I did. Cancel your appointment and find another supplier. Had to wait because I went through insurance and needed to wait til the appointment date that was never going to happen.

I made an appointment for a windshield replacement and the day before was told on the phone that someone would contact me the day of my appointment between 8:30 and 9:30 am to inform me of when they would be here. I didn't get a call in that timeframe so at 10:11am I called them and was told that they didn't have this glass in supply and they had no idea when it would be available. So... nobody was going to contact me to let me know? I made special arrangements for the day to get another vehicle to use. Very frustrating. Tony gave me a call in the morning confirming the appointment. Then showed up and installed a new windshield within 30 minutes. After, he gave me some information about glass for new and older vehicles that was useful. Lastly, the quote and cost were the same as on the phone and it was $150 less than any other windshield replacement in Madison.

Auto Glass Fitters set a date to fix the side window of my car. I called the day prior to confirm the part was in stock. Technician said the part was available, and they would be there the following day. Text at 845AM day of repair, they text saying the part is not in stock, and they will need to push the appointment back another 5 days. I would not recommend using this company. Not sure why State Farm continues to use them. Management was incredibly rude when I called, put me on hold several times, and then passed me off to State Farm.
