I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex at Auto Glass Force for a moonroof replacement on my Tesla Model S, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, Alex displayed exceptional professionalism and efficiency. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Alex communicated clearly about the appointment and provided a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. The work was completed promptly without compromising quality, and the result was flawless. The replacement glass looks perfect, and everything functions as it should. What stood out most was the level of care and attention to detail. Alex treated my car with the utmost respect, ensuring everything was clean and protected. It's rare to find such high-quality service, especially for something as delicate and specialized as a Tesla moonroof. I highly recommend Auto Glass Force and Alex for anyone in need of glass replacement or repair. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I'll definitely return for any future needs. Thank you, Alex, for the excellent service!

I’m giving one star because this company does not stand behind the work they do. One major issue is that they don’t have a physical address, so you can’t take your car directly to their body shop. After scheduling an appointment, one of their employees came to replace the windshield on my BMW. I didn’t drive the car for three days and only removed the blue tape afterward. When I started driving at 60–70 mph, I noticed a whistling noise. I called them three times and clearly explained the issue, but they ignored my concern and insisted it couldn’t be related to the windshield. Today, I carefully inspected the windshield myself and discovered that the technician hadn’t properly attached the plastic sealant. I removed and reattached it—and the problem disappeared.

Upon calling Auto Glass Force for an estimate on repairing my driver side window(which had been shattered by an attempted theft.) He informed me that his warehouse vendor would be closing in five minutes. (The time was 12:55pm.) I told him I would like to call a couple of other places, he said that would be fine and that he would go and pick up the window, should I call back. After a few minutes, I called him back and he had already went and picked it up. In less than an hour, the repair was completed. He walked me to my car to be sure I was happy with the repair job. I was especially happy that I no longer heard glass rumbling inside the door and that I had a window, which rolled up and down perfectly. He and his employees were all very polite and hardworking. He made me feel at ease, especially during this Covid-19 Pandemic. The price he quoted me was the price he charged me. And what a great price it was. Already my recommendation has led to my significant other wanting to have two chips in his windshield repaired. Will continue to give them great reviews and recommendations to my family and friends. Great job Auto Glass Force.😊

Support this business, they do good work. I visited them around Oct. 2024 to replace the windshield on my '23 supra mkv. I drove up to their shop from South Bay because the techs at this location are more experienced. Worth it imo. Provided straightforward and excellent service. They finished the job within 2 hours (an hour less than the quoted timeframe). Dealership quote for the job with OEM parts and labor was almost double what I paid here. I don't know what the margins look like for a windshield replacement business like this but it seemed like a very fair price to me. You are paying for their work and ability to source quality components. Sure, I'd have preferred OEM glass but I was in a tight spot. All the OEM glass was on back order according to other shops. I'm not gonna wait for who knows how long to replace a really bad crack. This is especially important for anyone driving a sports car or a large truck/SUV. A chip is ok but a crack is bad news. There is conflicting information online about OEM glass vs after-market. Can you trust after-market? Some say the difference is negligible. Others maintain that OEM manufacturers have higher quality standards which ensures a premium product. This is probably true. In the past, I have found the finish on certain aftermarket glass to be less than ideal. But nothing a good cleaning and RainX coating can't solve. As long as the shop installs everything correctly and calibrates the radar... it seems like a matter of preference. Some aftermarket manufacturers are OEE, a true equivalent to OEM without the branding. Other manufacturers might actually be putting out sh*tty glass. What I'll say about this place is that they seem to have good suppliers who don't deliver sh*t glass. That's all that matters to me in the case of OEM vs aftermarket. It's been several months and my windshield is still intact.

About a month ago, I had my back windshield glass replaced at this shop. I drove out a block I realized looking through my rear mirrors the cars behind me looks wavy, but at the time I didn’t realized it was a defect and thought the quality of the glass was just no too good until I had to replace my windshield with another business and was told I should come back and ask for an exchange due to factory defect. I called a week in advance and was told I could come in any day any time, when I arrived to the shop, a middle age man with earphones came up and said impossible and climb to my backseats and looked back rather than looking further back and said he don’t see any issues and blamed my tints. I continued to explain it was before my tint was there and asked him to take a drive to main road he’ll see, but he refused. He continued to say that I can leave my car and they’ll remove the glass and send it back to factory to check for defect which would take some time if there are problem, they will exchange it and I refused. I said I would prefer to just switch out the glass first and deal with the factory by themselves rather than having to have me involved with inconvenience. He refused and acted I was lying and just came back for fun and exchange for a new glass. I was tired after arguing for 10+ minutes for their horrible after sales, unprofessional behaviors, and rude attitude. Since I paid with cash the first time I was here, I took it as flushing it down the drain and left. $325 for terrible glass and after sales, unprofessional. $100 for tints and new manufacture glass for $350, another $100 on tints. $800 down the drain due to horrible store managing and terrible products.

Please do not go to Auto Glass Force or use their mobile services. I called for services replacement of a rear glass for car and once job was completed. I provided my financial information but tech stated he preferred cash. I told tech no cash. Tech stated he needed email which I gave him . He stated my receipt would be emailed to me. I have never done business where I cannot get a receipt which is California Law so this company will be in trouble. The receipt should state business services I requested and receive at service visit. In addition it a receipt of warranty of work. I called a total of five now begging for a receipt which. The man hung up the phone in my face. Call back then man stated I now had to wait for tech to return to shop. As a consumer in the state of California I have a right to receipt at the completion of a service transaction.
