O U T S T A N D I N G! Here in Midtown, we recently had a rash of car break-ins that only targeted Mercedes-Benz. I called the insurance recommended big corporation auto glass replacement company but they did not have a Mercedes convertible window in stock and gave me no options. I called around to several other places in which they also did not have it in stock and those that could get it said it would be a week or two before it would come in. With installation, they were gonna charge me an arm and a leg and did not offer mobile services. I found Anthony online after going down the list and he was so helpful and left me optimistic. I think he could tell how stressed out I was and even gave me some words of encouragement. THE BEST PART WAS…after telling him the make and model of my convertible, he told me they did not have it in stock. HE SAID, ”Let me call you back, I’m gonna call around for you.” AND DID! He called me back and said he’d have the window next week for a great price😊 BUT…I needed it NOW! 😬 He told me I could get it in two days for a small expedition fee and I was truly happy! It was after 5pm but we got the deal done. A very young and professional gentleman came to my location two days later to fix my window. I had to use 3 different forms of payment and all were accepted graciously (it was the end of the month and I was strapped for cash) and he got the job done quickly! I had to go to the shop a week later to get glass vacuumed out of the vehicle (there was no outlet to plug the vacuum in at the location it was fixed at) and to my surprise the young man who installed my glass was tending the shop! He was Anthony Jr., Anthony’s son 😊 He got all the glass from the carpet and door panel in less than half an hour. I was in and out! I recommend this auto body shop to everyone. It took WAY too long for them to fix my friend's windshield. My friend was not given any updates as she was waiting and was not sure who would be working on her car as well. She was there for 6 HOURS waiting to get her windshield fixed. Then, they did not even take the sticker off her windshield. She was patient with them, but the time it took and the unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The unprofessionalism came into play when it was raining hard, for the fourth time that day I might add, and the owner made a slick comment stating that he was glad he didn't have to drive in that bad weather. Like if she wasn't waiting ALL DAY THERE SHE COULD HAVE LEFT BEFORE THE WEATHER GOT BAD AGAIN! If you have to get your windshield fixed in the Atlanta area, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

You truly get what you pay for here. Abysmal service. When I picked up my car for a window repair, there were deep scratches on the door that were definitely not there before. When i asked about it, instead of using any ounce of customer service, the employee that replaced the window got defensive and just kept saying he’s been doing this for years and couldn’t have done that. They also left all the busted glass in my door. My door just rattles now any time it moves. Spend the extra money and take it somewhere that will do acceptable work.ServicesAuto glass repair

This shop is horrible! These previous reviews are lying and the customer service takes a nose dive without any competition. Told us to be here at 12:30 and we got here at 12:25 and it’s currently 4:30 and they have literally just started so we’ve been here about 5 hours now for a 30-45 minute job that now has me late for a very important meeting this afternoon. I’m now leaving and it’s currently 5:19 and they drove my car around to me with the windows down and it was heavily raining and now my seats are wet. The guy that drove my car around got out smiling and I wasn’t even going to post this review until that happened.

This experience could not have been more professional and seamless! I scheduled an appointment the day before. Paid a $50 deposit over the phone. Next day I showed up a little early , filled out a piece of paper, handed over my keys, 2 hrs or less later, I got a phone call: car is ready. Arrived back at shop, looked over the work, paid cash, and was on my way. THIS IS HOW A BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO BE! Auto Glass Leaders was the third auto glass repair company I called. The first was almost over $800, the second over $600. Auto glass came in at a far better price and it was worth every penny!
