On a late Friday afternoon, my driver side windows were heavily damaged by criminals who broke into my truck at a mall. On Saturday morning, I called Rick at Auto Glass Medics, explained the situation and that I was from Maine and needed the windows repaired ASAP. He contacted his partner Jeff, who picked up both windows from Orlando, and met me back at his shop at noon on a SATURDAY! Jeff is a very professional installer/technician who was meticulous in his workmanship. He installed both windows including cleanup in less than 2 hours! Rick handled all of the insurance reimbursement paperwork in five minutes over the phone. Rick and Jeff are wonderful people and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I’d like to say that he was extremely professional and communicated with me due to my error of a bad review that was meant for another company. I’d like to say I wish I would’ve went with Auto Glass Medics after speaking with such a professional business owner. I am grateful that we spoke to resolve the matter. He was sincerely apologetic for the bad experience I had with a different glass company of which was not for him to have to do but he did anyway. Rick with Auto Glass Medics is the best! I had a rock hit and embed itself into my windshield and cause a small crack, I thought for sure I was going to be buying a new windshield until I called Rick. I sent him a photo of the damage and he told me to come in, he could fix it! Sure enough, he was able to repair my windshield within 15 minutes! 5 star service, friendly, great communication and he even explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it to repair your windshield - overall you come out of auto glass medics with a great experience & knowledge. Let me start off by saying that I would highly reccomend this company to you. When you call in you will speak directly to Rick. I believe he is the owner. If not he is one hell of a great representation of the company. I needed the side quarter panel window on my SUV repaired. My deductible is 500. I didnt want the claim and paid cash/card. This was the 4th company I called. Quote 1 - 495. Quote 2 - 425 Quote 3 - 567 This company, $300. So of course I am skeptical because of the cost difference but it was too great a difference to not go with them. Thank GOD (and Rick and Jeff) that I did. I was able to schedule next day service via text with Rick. Which is extremely helpful when you can't talk. The tech Jeff, was extremely nice, was quick, and vacuumed out the car. I was thoroughly impressed. If you think the cost is too good to be true, it isnt. It is just great service at a great cost, and making an honest living. Go with them. I can’t say enough good things about Auto Glass Medics. I had made a few calls and looked up a few different places to get some estimates, before I was referred to talk to Rick, (the owner). I was immediately impressed by the fact that he didn’t give me the high pricing the other big companies were throwing at me. I was also highly impressed that they were set up at the Toyota Dealership, so I knew they had to be reputable. I was ready to go, bring in my vehicle and have the windshield replaced onsite… but it got even better! I found out they come out to wherever I am, and do the work onsite, no extra charge! (I know it’s within a reasonable distance). If that was the end of it, that alone says a lot for the company. However, the day of my appointment, my battery blew in my vehicle and I was stranded in a parking lot near my home. Well, while waiting for the tow truck, the installer, Jeff, switched it up. He changed the location and came out to where I was waiting for the tow truck and installed the windshield. Jeff was a great guy, professional , very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful, and like I said… went out of his way. I have to say, I’m 100% satisfied. Great workmanship. Great outcome. I would highly recommend these guys! Many thanks to Rick and the installer, Jeff, for making it happen today! You both helped make “one of those days” quite a bit better!
