I have been using Auto Glass Nation for auto glass for years now. Having lived on gravel roads with three teenagers and two adults, we had ALOT of glass issues! They are always courteous, do a great job, and the price is always very competitive. I drove a bus for Waverly School District, and they even switched to them for their bus/auto glass needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them! This top-reviewed business deserves every one of its five stars. They got me an appointment quickly, met me in the parking lot so I actually had negative waiting room time, and then replaced my windshield in about an hour while I napped (accidentally) in the quiet and comfortable waiting room. Their price was surprisingly low, just a little over $300. They also cleaned my dashboard and chased a wasp out of my car that I hadn't noticed. Another nice thing - they never pestered me for a review. I waited a couple of weeks and the only thing reminding me of Auto Glass Nation is a nice clear windshield and a nice clean dashboard. Nice people, too. Pick this place for your glass repairs.

This is the fourth time I am using their service. Two times they replaced the rear window of my two cars that were broken in different years. Last year they fixed my rear mirror that was detached from windshield and today they replaced the window on sliding door of van. The services were really affordable, done professionally and on time. I had gotten a rare day off work due to a rain storm the night before and really needed to get the leak stopped in my pick up… I called and the lady that answered the phone was really helpful and said yes they had the windshield and they would get me in when I showed up. I showed up let them know what the problem was and the manager Said he wasn’t sure if it was the windshield or not it could be the drains in my sunroof… Him and a couple techs came out poured water in the drains and it was not the drains. So they tested the windshield with the hose and that’s what it was… They got it done fast and that night it rained an approximately And inch and no water in my cab! Thos company was absolutely amazing. First of all, Ruby (at the front desk) is a customer service guru. She makes you feel like you're a valued customer and not a number. Although I received bad news about my calibration, they did a great job letting me know what the problem is. The other lady was extremely knowledgeable amd you can tell she takes great pride in her work. I HIGHLY recommend this company. This is a locally owned company who isn't there to suck the money out of you. Thank you Auto Glass Nation.

They installed the glass and did the calibration. One star for glass and one star for calibration but no where near perfect. They overlooked important details such as car moulding and trim before they laid the glass down so it leads to unevenness or moulding not pushed in all the way. When you question about their work they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. If there is an issue with the installation, you can forget about it because they are not fixing anything.
