the windshield replacement was fast & flawless. they called me the morning of the service to let me know the timeframe that they would be arriving in. when the gentleman who was replacing my glass was heading my way, he called to confirm so that I could unlock my car. I checked on the service about 20 minutes in, & my damaged windshield was already removed & he was prepping for the new installation. after about an hours time my new windshield was installed. the gentleman who performed the service also gave me some tips for letting it set & dry correctly. i’m glad he provided after care details because my first thought was to get a car wash after the installation because I was afraid to do so when the windshield was cracked. I was afraid it would break on the wash. overall the service was great & i’d definitely recommend!

For the most part it was a good experience and technician was good, but there was one corner of the windshield where there was a big chunk of glue or caulk all over. I called the technician 3 times and left messages and no one called back. Finally called the main office in Oviedo and he left a message with the techs manager to call me and it has been 8 days and no response. I should have found my own window place instead of going with what insurance recommended. Their customer service response is non existent, use who you want and not this group.

A golf ball made a direct hit to my windshield on my truck! Needless to say, I was upset and anxious to get it repaired. Shakendra not only set up an appointment for a quick replacement but she calmed me down and asured me that the replacement and re-calibration would be perfect - she was 100% correct! This kind business has many competitors but Auto Glass Now stands out above everyone else because they CARE about both the job and the customer.

Was so pleased with Kevin, who came to my house to replace my windshield. Arrived on time, and about an hour and thirty minutes later it was replaced, cleaned, and calibrated. Such a wonderful difference than my last experience with a nationally known company. Auto Glass Now was so quick to respond also. I will only recommend them from now on. Thank you so much for prompt, friendly, and fabulous customer service.

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now! I first spoke with a rep on the phone who was incredibly helpful, but I decided to stop by one of their brick-and-mortar location in Apopka instead. I’m so glad I did—there, I was helped by a fantastic woman who got everything booked quickly and was so kind throughout the process. A few days later, a technician came out to my house for the replacement. While the appointment ended up being later in the day than expected, I found out it was due to a vendor delay—not their fault. The tech was professional, fast, and took the time to explain everything to me. I chose to pay out of pocket to avoid dealing with insurance headaches, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the cost was—even with the calibration included. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Ricardo was pleasant, professional, and friendly. Auto Glass Now made scheduling easy and was able to accommodate what I thought might be a hassle; replacing one windshield via insurance claim and another out of pocket. It wasn't a hassle at all. I do wish they equipped Ricardo with a square or similar means of collecting payment, I don't love handing someone my card and having them manually capture all the numbers. I'd offered to pay over the phone in advance, but that wasn't an option and I suppose it makes sense, you pay when the service is complete and not before. However, the card thing isn't a reflection on Ricardo or his work. He was a person that inspires trust, he was a good communicator and seems honest and fair. He kept me posted as he worked, explained issues that arose, and helped me understand what to do next with my car that was showing an error. He reminded me that I have his number from when he called to let me know he was on his way, and left me with AGN's brochure so I know how to get in touch if I need to.
