I had to come to the shop twice because my window wasn't in stock and know body called me. When I came the second time, before I got out the truck, they had me pull right in and took GREAT care of my truck. They were very polite and fixed it in less than an hour as stated. I was offered drinks while I was waiting and it was right on time because I was thirsty. I will leave my truck in the garage for the next couple of days because of the bad weather so it can set properly. . Thanks for the great service.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Fast, friendly, affordable, and they do great work! Safe light quoted me $700 to replace my lift gate glass, and these guys did it for half that price! I didn’t have anything covering the back of my lift gate where the glass shattered and they took the time to cover it with plastic to get me through until my afternoon appointment time since it was about to rain. Customer service and helpful staff were absolutely outstanding, they really go the extra mile! I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, but I will definitely use them again if needed!

When I say I am more than satisfied with my experience at the Carrollton Georgia location! Melissa her team did an excellent job with replacing my windshield! She was super kind, understanding, and swift with my service. I will have to be honest and add that I did go to the Smyrna location first and had to get my windshield reinstalled twice but it didn’t get installed properly which prompted my request to come to this location. If you have any type of wreckage or need a replacement for glass, this is the location to go to!

I am so happy!! My windshield needed to be replaced after a small knick turned into the size of the length of my windshield. I was surprised by the cheap price I was offered for a brand new windshield, labor, and the technician shows up to wherever you are at. It could not have gotten better than that. My tech, Chè (pronounced Chay), called me to tell me his location and when he would arrive. I also received a reminder text as well. He was extremely friendly and professional. He did an amazing job and was done within an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of glass replacement. I am very satisfied. Thank you guys!!!
