Exceptional customer service. I had a cracked windshield on my brand new 2023 F350 tremor. My truck Was taken care of by Mike and was done with care and precision I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a replacement on their windshield OEM or aftermarket. Thank you again for the great customer service and quick response, this was the only company in the Bluffton area that could get my windshield within 48 hours from the time I called all others said 7 to 10 days.

Had a great experience here. Workers are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Made an appointment at 1 on a Friday for a windshield replacement but arrived earlier. I called ahead of time to let them know and they were accommodating of it. Rolled into the shop and was in and out in quick order. Highly recommend, and will be going back here for any auto glass repair or replacement needs in the future.

Had to make two different appointments due to first appointment was rescheduled because glass showed up broken from manufacturing (happens) but made a follow up appointment for the next day and never received service had to call back a week later because no one ever reached out from my follow up appointment. Was rescheduled for the following week.(annoying ) but Once following appointment was scheduled and kept only took the technician a few minutes to fix glass. Thank you to the technician whom came and replaced glass on my wife’s jeep entire ordeal took about four weeks

Keith was very professional and knowledgeable in replacing the passenger side front window on my 1998 Toyota Avalon. Some thief broke the window. He made the repair look easy. He was very careful with the door since the vehicle is so old. Nothing was damage. I will request Keith again to repair windshields on two more vehicles. Note: this is my grandson page. I do not have Facebook.

Cracked windshield on a 2019 Subaru. I discovered that this is a more complicated replacement than typical because of “eyesight” technology. I scheduled an appointment but unfortunately the details had not been finalized. So my wife drove over an hour and we were not able to get it fixed that day. VERY IMPORTANTLY the staff at auto glass were very apologetic and they sent a gentleman to our home. The concern was calibrating the technology. Cheryl said if it doesn’t work they would send a driver to pick up the car take it to their shop and have it calibrated. Fortunately the guy they sent was meticulous an able to calibrate it properly in my driveway. In conclusion mistakes happen and my scheduling of this service was a bit convoluted due to my traveling schedule. Auto Glass Experience did a fantastic job and their customer service was amazing! Never called me to initiate work after Linx (contractor with my auto insurance) set up my claim for a cracked windshield replacement. 8 days later, I called Linx to report that Auto Glass Now had not called me. Linx had trouble getting a person on the line. They finally set up the appointment. Never gave me a timeframe so my day was wasted when they didn’t show up to do windshield replacement. I finally called them at 3pm to see when they were coming as I had things to do. Turns out they somehow had one incorrect number typed wrong for my phone #. (maybe that’s on Linx but somehow it was incorrect. However, they should have had my address so maybe could have just shown up as I was waiting there like I was told). Had to reschedule for 2 days later. Technician called ahead, was professional and pleasant. Before and after work was done, I asked whether the sensor for auto wiper sensor would be/was installed (it’s a small pad and part that goes behind the rearview mirror). He assured I was good to go. I should have actually started my car and checked before he left. Not only was the auto windshield wiper sensor not working, my auto headlights and blind spot side assist were not working. He did answer my call and returned the next day to fix it in a matter of minutes. Once again, he was polite and professional. Just a frustrating experience with all the delays and mistakes.
