Great service getting scheduled and tech arrival time. Only problem I have is when tech removed and replaced molding some clip broke. Tech said he would return and repair clip. This is going on the third week and I'm still waiting. I called tech last week and asked if he had forgot meand was told he was on vacation and clips had to be ordered, would be out first of this week. Today is Thursday July 11th and still no one has even contacted me.

I think my installers name was Key. Great service! Showed up early in my window. Key was very professional and knew what he was doing. I kept distracting him with questions and he didn’t miss a beat. Window is in and does not leak. I’d recommend them. Safelite wouldn’t even touch my car. I may have to give these guys more opportunities over safelite.

If I could give minus Stars I would, I needed the windshield replaced in my vehicle due to a chip that had turned into a crack. I called and they scheduled and came out to replace the windshield at my place of employment while I was in my office the tech was replacing my windshield when I came out I noticed a lot of scratches and gouges around my windshield and I pointed them out he tried to play them off as they were there all along they weren't and I had a witness that had come out with me previous to any work being done and was familiar with my vehicle and that I am careful with it. I wasn't going to argue with him so I called the management of the company. After a mountain of text and phone calls long story short and believe me it's a much longer story....over $5,000.00 worth of damage was done to my vehicle just replacing my windshield The body shop found damage where the installer had cut through or broken parts and he tried to hide or repair it with windshield adhesive... There were adhesive spots all over the hood and fenders it was a mess. Also when the installer put my wiper blades back on my truck two of the blades weren't even for my truck they were so long they hit the roof of my vehicle he didn't even put my own wiper blades back on my truck. I tried to negotiate and be fair I provided two estimates for the damages. I ended up having to go through the insurance company because the windshield company would not go with one of the two repair estimates I provided nor would they provide me with a rental car well my car was being repaired they refused. By the way all this was going on immediately after the death of my mother and they knew that and this went on for months between the windshield repair trying to negotiate and then getting the repairs done. What a nightmare...

The contact person acquired insurance approval quickly while I was on the phone. The technician arrived in specified time frame and explained what he could do and how effective to expect the repair to be. When he finished, he made sure I had examined his work and found it satisfactory. It surpassed my expectations, barely visible and avoided the need to replace windshield.

The glass tech was very personable and friendly. Explained everything and he was done in no time. Great service. Followed by the camera tech who was suppose to come a hour later after the glass tech left. Soon as the glass tech left the camera tech showed up early and he was really fast . I thought I would have to cancel my appointment , I didn’t have to because he came early and was fast. Thank you.
