I was very pleased with the mobile service that was provided to replace my cracked windshield.Luis gave me a call giving me a heads up on when he would arrive. Luis did an amazing job. I could tell he had a good amount of experience because he was extremely careful and meticulous during every step. He was very friendly and didn't mind when I was curious about the windshield replacement process and wanted to watch. I was very impressed with him. I'm glad I chose Auto glass now.

Called to get a quote for a rear window replacement because previous reviews said it was the best priced in the area and was surprised at how much of discount I was getting compared to the other quotes I got. I was also lucky to get an appointment the same day I called, despite the misfortune of getting my car broken into this process was very fortunate. I arrived to my appointment and receptionist took my keys and said it would take an hour but they did the job in just over 30 minutes! Very fast. They also vacuumed out the broken glass from my trunk which Safelite didn’t do when I had to get the same window replaced on a different vehicle. I would recommend to others.

Great customer service from the young lady in the front desk to the rest of the employees. Their prices are reasonable. They fixed my window within less than an hour. Very impressive! I loved how fast they fixed my window very time consuming for me. If you're in need to get a window for your car fixed, I strongly suggest coming here! Thanks again, you guys rock! Service was good. A rock hit my windshield thrown up by a truck riding along 57 prior to an upcoming trip. Called to schedule an appointment. I was notified a few days later I’d need to reschedule due to the incorrect glass being ordered. Arrived to their site, glass was replaced in a few hours. There was an issue with my rear view mirror attachment where a replacement part was needed from the vehicle manufacturer. The tech brought the part to my home the next day to reattach the mirror. Much appreciated

Yesterday(April 22nd 2023) I had an appointment book for 1 PM. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take my vehicle myself so my girlfriend took it for me. My girlfriend got to auto glass now at about 12pm and they took her right away because despite of the scheduled 1PM appointment. I spoke to Mario, who reminded me that they couldn’t add a sun strip to my windshield. We spoke on the phone and it was great conversation. Afterwards when they finished up, my girlfriend FaceTime me to show me the installation and it looked brand new! I told Mario over the phone how much of an amazing person he was and how great their service was. Hopefully i don’t have to repair my window again but if i do, i know i can trust Mario to get the job done. This place has awesome service from start to finish! I called a day ahead to check availability. On the phone, the customer service was great and friendly, and at my appointment, it was the same. All staff members were professional and friendly, even the ones who weren’t helping me made sure to speak. They finished my windshield replacement in less than an hour and it looks amazing, and the pricing is much less than their local competitors! Overall, I’m super pleased with their service.
