Auto Glass Now

I don’t often write reviews but had such a good experience with AutoGlassNow that they deserve my 5-star review. I got quotes from 3 separate companies, including my car’s dealership, and AutoGlassNow came in with the soonest available service time, the most flexible drop-off/pick-up options, AND the cheapest price. I spoke to a customer service agent on the phone from a further away location who helped me find a closer/more convenient option, AND I had a lovely experience with the front office folks at the Britton Park location upon drop-off and pick-up. My car was perfectly cleaned up with no lingering glass shards inside and ready for me even earlier than promised. No one wants a cracked windshield, but if they end up with one I will be highly recommending that they go the stress-free route and call AutoGlassNow as their first option.

They were within the budget rate not so expensive compared to many others where I had my windshield replaced. The appointment was swift and so was the job done. I highly recommend you get your Auto Glass services done there. Affordable price during this highly economical cost! They are definitely a 5 star rated business and very economical in price!

Where do I start? I picked AGN to do my windshield with the thought of them being a good, reputable shop. Now after taking my car to this place 3 times for the same issue in a months period, I know this is not the case. On the first install, they broke the new windshield. No big deal stuff happens. Second install, my cowl wasn't installed proper, the windshield did not stay in place and slid down making my VIN plate illegible and the wind noise was INSANE! So, after all this you would think I would be a priority in getting this fixed.. Right? NOPE! I had to call after a week of waiting for them to let me know the new part is in. "It just got here" is what I got.. The oldest trick in the game. I got my car back after their 3rd attempt.. Cowl is still not installed proper and the wind noise is still pretty terrible. I have a 2024 with less then 20k miles that now has diminished value because of this place. Every issue I had they blamed on everything else but themselves, taking NO accountability for their crappy work. I would NEVER NEVER EVER go to this place to have ANY work done. Go to Safelite.

There are literal chunks of glass in both my front seats, on my floor, water bottle, dash & door handles. I’ve had three windshields over the course of 18 years and never had glass left on my car like this!? I have a three row SUV & had to vacuum out the entire thing myself when I got home. EDIT : The manager did make this right for me and gave me a credit. SECOND EDIT : I had to come back and get my seal replaced bc it wasn’t put on right. Two receptionist said 15 minutes and it would be done. I’ve been here for 40 and I came to check and THE TECH HAD NOT EVEN STARTED on my windshield. I will NEVER come back here and I would NEVER suggest this place. Poor customer service from the front desk who literally argues with customers on the phone and absolute horrible installation.

This place is a charm! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Customer service was great from beginning to end. I went in for my back window that I shattered in my garage. They were able to get me into the shop in 2 days. The price compared to other quotes that I got was phenomenal! 10/10 definitely recommend if you need to get any glass fixed and on your vehicle!

I walked in with a chip in my windshield from a rock that hit my car. Traci was super helpful in very polite. She guided me through the insurance claim and made me feel thankful that I chose this location. The technician, Bob, was efficient and professional. I’m amazed and how quickly they were able to repair the chip and get me on my way.
