I have an appointment on Saturday at 7 for a while before.They even told me that the glass they had received from my car was chipped made an appointment for Monday Between 10 and 11AM They called me at 9:30 AM that morning And asked for my vin number. Which they needed in the first place. Mind you they did not ask for it when I made the appointment the week prior. The technician showed up at 1:30PM And I had let them know in advance that I had to leave at 2pm So I called the call in center. Mind you, they told me it would be $289.50 When I made the appointment. That Monday he tried to tell me.It was $389.50 So he raised the price $100.00 Over my original price.Mind you, I took off work that Saturday. I explained to him the price she quoted me. And told him That I should get a discount being that they stood me up two days in a row He gave me An $18.00 discount Which p***** me off.Because I lost eight hours of work saturday. I will. Say this the technician that they sent That Tuesday did an excellent job And he showed up Tuesday When he said he would so I gave him a $20.00 Tip because because he was the only one that was honest and on time and on point kudos MAX. Thank you so much. I would recommend If you go to this shop Make sure they have inspected the glass when they get it. And make sure that they keep their word on When you are supposed to be at the shop or when they will be to you Because I was very dissatisfied with They're professionalism. I give the shop a F But I give the technician an A+

If I could give AGN in Lawrence Indiana,10 stars, I would. It started w/the customer service agent, Shaqueema, who took my call at 5:30 pm. She was delightful and booked my appointment for next day, conferenced in my insurance company on the call and got everything taken care of in 10 minutes. Next day arrived at 9:55 AM for my 10 AM and my car was taken in immediately. The process took 30 minutes... which was exactly what I was told would happen. Nice service people on site (apologies for not making a note of their names) who were courteous. I'd used another windshield repair company [safelite] for 15+ years, but when my appointment was moved twice... to a week out.... I looked for a better option and found it 3 minutes from my house. I highly recommend AGN in Lawrence. Thank you!!

Wow we were in an accident where a semi had lost his load and shattered our windshield.. We were caravanning with our kids with 2 of the grands with us. . We called several places and everyone said no less than 24 hrs.. When my daughter called Sam at AGN he busted his tail to find the glass and promised to get it done so we could get on our way. We arrived and we were greeted with very friendly staff who were very professional as well. We expected to be there for hours. Instead when our tech Max noticed our suitcases and plates from Idaho he knew we were traveling and he worked hard to get it done. We were in and out in 2 hrs time. So helpful as we needed to be on our way back to Idaho for an eye surgery coming up. Thank you AGN we will suggest you to all .

My car was broken into and my driver side window was completely shattered. I called around to several places, and their quotes were either exorbitantly priced or would have had me waiting several days. Auto Glass Now was so kind to me, got me in quickly, and replaced my window within an hour of drop off… all for 1/3 the price safelite quoted me. I am grateful to businesses like this that take care of people in a crisis without taking advantage of them. I never write reviews, but I’m taking the time to do so because they really deserve the praise. Thank you :)

Showed up for my appointment and they had the wrong windshield so I rescheduled. No biggie, I’m flexible since it was only chipped in a couple places. Showed up for my 1pm appointment at 1pm anticipating about two hours for the replacement. A lady showed up for her 2pm appointment an half hour early and she was able to leave in less than an hour. She even said, “Well, hopefully you don’t have to wait too much longer.” I overheard the front desk person and a tech about calling a 4pm appointment to see if they would come in early, while I’m still waiting for my car. Around 3:30pm I asked how much longer it would take and was met with a shrug. Ten to fifteen minutes later I asked again and the front desk person said, “I can go back and make the tech stop what he’s doing and delay the process to ask or just let him work.” I scheduled my time according to what they told me and from what I had seen from the other customers, I shouldn’t had been waiting so long. I had to attend a meeting at 5pm so I needed to leave in time to change into my uniform and what not. He went back and ask and said, “they will be done in 15-20 minutes.” When my car was finally done, it was 3:55. When I talked to the front desk person, he said “I didn’t realize we were quadruple booked for your time slot.” I’m not happy with this situation and it was absolutely unacceptable. I should’ve been informed that they would have taken forever AND take someone else’s vehicle who was scheduled after me before my car even though I was there on time. I KNOW they did that because the tech that did her car did mine.

The employees are nice and friendly. The locations are easy to find and easy in and easy out. However, my side mirrors would auto-retract when the care is shut off and automatically open to their side position when I approached with the key fob or started the car, prior to the windshield install and calibration by Auto Glass Now. Since the installation of the new windshield and re-calibration, my side mirrors do not retract nor do they open to their driving position. I have to manually open the side mirrors to their driving positions otherwise they remain in the closed/retracted position. I have contacted Auto Glass Now and they have informed me that they have never heard of this problem. Nevertheless, I am now stuck with an issue with my side mirrors that I do not know how to fix. Just, buyer beware when dealing with this Company.
