I'm writing this review to highlight both the significant problems with Autoglass Now's service coordination and the exceptional work of one technician who ultimately saved my experience. The Problems: Poor Communication: While Autoglass Now did confirm the scheduling, the first technician showed up without giving any advance notice on the day of service. There was no call or text to let me know he was on his way or when to expect him. Botched Initial Installation: The first windshield was installed but couldn't be calibrated properly, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. When I contacted Autoglass Now about this critical safety issue, they made absolutely no effort to acknowledge the problem or offer immediate solutions to rectify their mistake. Multiple No-Shows: After the failed first attempt, I had to deal with TWO separate scheduled appointments where technicians simply didn't show up. No phone calls, no explanations, no communication whatsoever. This left me waiting around and having to rearrange my schedule multiple times. Customer Service Nightmare: I was forced to call both my insurance company and Autoglass Now's customer service repeatedly just to get basic issues resolved. The lack of internal communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. The Redemption: After all these failures, Dominic Young was finally assigned to handle my windshield replacement. What a difference! Dominic was: - Professional and communicative - He contacted me in advance, confirmed timing, and kept me informed throughout the process - Skilled and thorough- The installation was flawless and the calibration was completed successfully on the first attempt - Courteous and understanding - He acknowledged the previous issues and made sure everything was handled correctly Dominic's work was absolutely incredible and demonstrated what Autoglass Now's service should be like across the board. Bottom Line: While Dominic Young provided outstanding service that exceeded expectations, the overall experience with Autoglass Now was poor due to systemic issues with scheduling, communication, and quality control. If you do use this company, specifically request Dominic Young if possible - he's clearly operating at a much higher standard than their typical service level. Would I use Autoglass Now again? Only if I could guarantee getting Dominic Young as my technician.

Steve was absolutely amazing!! He quickly located a replacement sunroof where there were only 4 in the country! When it came in, he notified us right away. I dropped the car off on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment, and he notified us that he was able to fix it before he went home on Thursday!! So nice and polite - I would go here again in a heartbeat!!!

Auto Glass Now has the absolute best customer service and installation experts I have ever dealt with! After a long , stressful search for a rear window for a 2011 vehicle, they finally found a brand new window! Not even the dealer could find it! And throughout this search, Kim from Auto Glass kept me posted about her search every single day! She dealt with my insurance company and was as excited as I was when she finally found the part! All I had to do was wait for Jeremy from Auto Glass to install it the day after it was located! He did so to perfection! I enthusiastically recommend Auto Glass Now for all your car service needs. Jill was amazingly helpful setting up my appointment as well as working with my insurance to get everything all set. Mike was the tech that worked on my Jeep. It looks amazing and very well done. He also vacuumed out my car and made it smell so good. The customer service and respect I received from this business was beyond great and very appreciated. Two things that stuck out to me when dealing with Auto Glass Now was their affordable pricing and their promptness. After calling around and having to leave messages with other companies, I definitely appreciated being able to talk to someone and get a quote right away. Sophia was very helpful and more importantly, very kind. The mobile service was great too. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the technician but he was very efficient and had a great attitude. The only “negative” experience I had was the call center. I spoke to a total of three people and well… not everyone was pleasant. But! They still provide me with the information and the help I needed. All in all, I would still recommend Auto Glass Now.

Auto glass now was forced to put very costly OEM Honda glass on my Ridgeline, because the windshields offered by other vendors did not work in the sense that the cameras behind the windshield were unable to recalibrate. But they kept coming back until they had it right, even though they must have taken a big loss on the job. They were working in my driveway, so I was not inconvenienced. Auto glass now was several hundred dollars less expensive than the bigger names, which would have had to go through the same process - but I would have had to return to their shop two or three times.ServicesAuto windshield repair, InstallationPrice assessmentGreat price
