The Auto Glass store in Laham did great! They had everything ready for me, coming in and out was super fast and efficient. Very courteous staff and the job was perfectly done. I do have a complaint about the Auto Glass store in Rockville. The store inaction by the Rockville manager is inexcusable. After several calls to main number, and promises that the Rockville manager would call me back, days later it never happened, and the part was never ordered even after approved by insurance company. May thanks you Sean from the main number, that took the time and effort to get the order straight, get the part ordered and sent to the Lanham store, and have it scheduled in a short time. Many thanks to him.

Made an appointment to repair my windshield and they waited until four hours before the service time to tell me that they cannot do it. Yes, of course after I canceled two previous appointments with other places because they said they would do it and expensively. Then they gave me the usual finger, pointing blaming it on the person who made the appointment saying they should not have made it because they don’t work on my car. I’m thinking that you would train your employees to know what cars you don’t fix.

I needed a windshield replaced and recalibration. I checked prices at 4 different places. This place was about 50% less than most of the others. They were able to give me an appointment the next day. They were able to leave my key in the car locked so I could come after closing and pick it up with my second key. This really saved me from taking time off work. The staff were responsive and professional. This location is 3 blocks of easy walking from the New Carrollton metro station, so I did not have to pay an Uber /Lyft or get a friend to drive me for drop off/pick up my car. Super convenient and cost effective location. The work was excellent. They were careful with my frontview camera. The work was completed earlier than projected. Hoping to never have a broken windshield again, but if I do I will be a repeat customer. I hope they install an after hours key drop box! They'd increase the volume of customers.

I’m always a fan of fast service — but fast doesn’t necessarily mean great. I had an appointment to get the front passenger window fixed that was shattered. Estimated service time was supposed to be 1 hour. I let them know I’ll be back, and that they will call me to confirm once it is completed. Not even 30 minutes later, they called and told me my car was done. I was shocked and they confirmed it was finished, and even commented that they “cleaned up all the glass.” Before checking out, I thoroughly inspected the glass installation — windows open up & down smoothly. But when I shut the door, there was still a loud sound of shattered glass in the door panel. I asked the front desk attendant, and he explained (& pointed it out physically) that the metal inner door panel frame was too narrow for their technicians to vacuum it out. He claims that the “rain” would slowly help get the class out through the drainage. Since I didn’t know much better, I believed him. After my service, I went straight to Sunbusters Window Tinting to get my new window tinted. (I’ve been going here ever since my first car — 100% recommend). I shared with them about my issue with the broken glass in my door panel. They said they would help me get it fixed at no extra cost. I was like wow! Picking up my car from them, my new window looked seamless with my tinted windows, AND THE GLASS SOUND WAS GONE! I slammed the door shut several times and not a single jingle. I was amazed — a window tinting shop was able to address what an auto glass shop should have!

I’m so glad I found this shop because it had a more reasonable price than Safelite. I did have to wipe down my dashboard and middle counsel a bit after the job was done but I appreciate that the replacement was done efficiently. First of all, the service took less time than was estimated; That was wonderful. The service was cordial, respectful and fast. I gave the service an 11 out of 10; I added two more points when I saw the manager, Ace, go above and beyond to assist a customer who had had surgery on her left foot. I highly recommend the service, the workmanship, and the manager! Thank all of you so very much! ST
