Auto Glass Now

Absolutely awful customer service. I submitted a claim through my insurance on 11/19/24. Today is 1/3/25 and I still haven’t gotten my windshield fixed. When I called before thanksgiving, they assured me that my glass was going to be ordered and it would be fixed the week after Thanksgiving. However, someone was supposed to call and update me the week of Thanksgiving. Not only did I NOT hear from anyone that week, but the week after that, crickets. I finally called them back to find out that my glass had never even been ordered. They told me it was going to be ordered again and that it would take 2-3 weeks. Here we are going on week 4 from that conversation and still, nothing. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had trying to get a windshield replaced. I called my insurance company and had them switch to a glass company that actually wanted the business.

Beware Buyer. This company uses low quality glass and/or faulty installation and will not honor that lifetime warranty that they offer. They will find every way to wiggle out of that while they encourage you file more insurance claims. My windshield has been replaced 3 times in 2 years, but this company boasts about providing OEM grade products. Last two replacements were within 2 months of the other. If you have a problem you are on your own or forced to pay more out of cost money. They encourage you file insurance claims, but continuing to do that can cause insurance to be dropped or prices to increase. It's an insurance scam! They are quick to set up appointments for business, but not quick to resolve problems! Extremely disappointed in your business practices.I even wrote corporate office and they didn't respond either. Good luck and take your chances if you use this company. It's good until it's not so good!

10/10 recommend! I called Wednesday and they got me in Friday at 9am. They said it would take 2-3 hours for the full replacement, but it only took about an hour and a half! I got there early, at 8, but it took an hour and a half regardless :) much faster than expected. The ladies at the desk, Courtney and (so sorry I didn't catch it!) were also super nice and friendly!! AND the price was really great, plus it ended up being less than expected! Hopefully I don't need a windshield repair or replacement again, lol, but if I do I'll be coming back here!!

First time using this company and they really put a bad taste in my mouth. I booked an appointment for 08-12. So the day of the tech calls at 9:34 and says he’s about 15 mins out. About 30 mins past and we text him. He then says he won’t arrive until between 12-2. I call the company and the rep says that they don’t give definite appointment times until the day of. So why would you give me the available time slot, I choose 8-12 and then now day of you switch up and claim that I originally booked for 12-2. That was a lie because I had text verifying my appointment times. Like seriously, how do you go from telling me one day the tech will arrive between 8-12 and then the day of its hrs later. This was a business vehicle that needed the replacement so if you give your business customer a timeframe then a business is going to schedule around that. Changing times the day of is very unprofessional, inconvenient and inconsiderate. horrible communication from the representatives of this company 🗣️ ESPECIALLY THE BOOKING AGENT

Got my front passenger side window broken into and they got me an appointment for a replacement so fast—and gave me a discount. Super nice people in there and it only took 45 minutes for the full replacement! The new window works perfectly, and they vacuumed all the glass out too. Seriously great service and way cheaper than the quote I got from Safelite. Thanks y’all :)

Great shop! Did a great job fixing a rock chip star in my windshield. Got in and out quickly. Front desk manager was knowledgeable and good at her job. Fair priced. Technician fixed the windshield and made it look good inside and out as a whole. I'm from out of town and didn't know where to go, so glad I found them and felt taken care of.
