Auto Glass Now

Beware Buyer. This company uses low quality glass and/or faulty installation and will not honor that lifetime warranty that they offer. They will find every way to wiggle out of that while they encourage you file more insurance claims. My windshield has been replaced 3 times in 2 years, but this company boasts about providing OEM grade products. Last two replacements were within 2 months of the other. If you have a problem you are on your own or forced to pay more out of cost money. They encourage you file insurance claims, but continuing to do that can cause insurance to be dropped or prices to increase. It's an insurance scam! They are quick to set up appointments for business, but not quick to resolve problems! Extremely disappointed in your business practices.I even wrote corporate office and they didn't respond either. Good luck and take your chances if you use this company. It's good until it's not so good!

It's not how you start; it's how you finish. There was initially a problem with my windshield replacement and I appreciate the fact that they stuck with me until the issue was solved. The specifics: due to an air leak in the initial installation, the molding kept coming off on the highway. Birmingham Autoglass Now stayed with the issue and kept looking for solutions until they finally reinstalled the entire windshield. As a customer I totally understand that minor installation issues like this can happen and mainly want to know that I won't be left without a solution. I'm grateful that my concerns were taken seriously. The manager (Courtney) was especially helpful and continually reassured me throughout the process.

Great shop! Did a great job fixing a rock chip star in my windshield. Got in and out quickly. Front desk manager was knowledgeable and good at her job. Fair priced. Technician fixed the windshield and made it look good inside and out as a whole. I'm from out of town and didn't know where to go, so glad I found them and felt taken care of.

Absolutely awful customer service. I submitted a claim through my insurance on 11/19/24. Today is 1/3/25 and I still haven’t gotten my windshield fixed. When I called before thanksgiving, they assured me that my glass was going to be ordered and it would be fixed the week after Thanksgiving. However, someone was supposed to call and update me the week of Thanksgiving. Not only did I NOT hear from anyone that week, but the week after that, crickets. I finally called them back to find out that my glass had never even been ordered. They told me it was going to be ordered again and that it would take 2-3 weeks. Here we are going on week 4 from that conversation and still, nothing. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had trying to get a windshield replaced. I called my insurance company and had them switch to a glass company that actually wanted the business.

Auto Glass Now replaced my front windshield and it was a great experience! I was able to get a quote fast and was put on the schedule for the next day. The technician came early in the morning and got to work and was done within an hour! Prices were great and the staff were polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now!

I went to Autoglass Now to have a windshield replaced in my 2018 Jeep Renegade. The customer service people were pretty friendly but the results of the work was not exactly what I expected. While my windshield was replaced and has so far shown to be leak free in the process of replacing my glass the technician somehow scratched the piece of black plastic located between the rear of the hood and the bottom of the windshield. I was kind of disappointed but when I saw that it was damaged the tech just told me "Hey it looks better than when it came in". Will update with scratch pics later.
