We got a big windshield chip on the way to Pensacola and called these guys. Told us they could get us in right away and the price was 1/3 less than a major competitor. We pulled in and the tech got right on it even though the place was super busy. He was super nice and smiling ear to ear the entire time. Gave us a "Roll Tide" on the way out. The work was guaranteed and looked great. I highly reccomend this place.

Hi, My name is Jeremy Cashwell, and I got my rear windshield replaced on my 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 ES Sedan, on November 26th, 2022. FYI, this review is going to be a long one, but keep reading if you are considering this place to get your glass replaced here. It is now December 5th as of writing this review, and my honest thoughts are below: First appointment, they had the glass but then after almost an hour and a half of waiting, they only then told me that the back glass was busted in the box. When that happened, they lowered my price and I had a lower price than what I was first quoted. I did have to schedule a second appointment to come back and have the glass, which wasn't broken in the box, installed. The good: First, the employees are friendly, and they lowered my price after they told me the glass was broken in the box, ended up paying $333.50, which isn't that bad of a price, considering Safelite quoted me almost $600 when I used Safelite's online quote tool. Second, once when they went to install the new back glass, it was a quick installation process. Third, as of writing this message, on December 5th, 2022. I have had no issues relating to the quality of the glass or the seals, so quality of the glass and seals is really good. Lastly, when I had no back glass, they crash wrapped the back, with plastic, so it wouldn't leak. The day when they couldn't install the back glass, they were also willing to re-install new crash wrap, after they removed the old crash wrap. The bad: First, They installed my glass but didn't unplug what was left of the old glass, from the rear defroster plugs, and plug the new defroster into the electrical connectors, therefore, my rear defroster wasn't functioning. Luckily, I have some knowledge in car repair and was able to fix it myself, as it was an easy fix; I had to unplug what was left of the old glass from the defroster connectors, then plug the new windshield back in. I could have taken the car back to have them do that, but I decided to do it myself. I should not of have to do that, as that should have already been done during the install process. The old windshield had a defroster, and so did the new one, so the issue is simply that the guy doing the install didn't do everything he was supposed to do. Lastly, I waited almost an hour and a half during the first appointment, only to get told, after waiting, that the glass was broken in the box. If you don't have a rear defroster, I would recommend them, but if you do have a rear defroster, it might not be plugged in at all. Kindest of regards, Jeremy CashwellServicesAuto rear window replacement

Excellent technician expertise and customer service. However, overall experience was negative as the front desk associate while polite didn't provide me any expectations, quotes before work was performed as I had to ask her while I noticed the technician was starting to work on my car. She didn't explain either what to expect the technician did after I was confused as to what repair was performed. She talked on the phone in Spanish on speakerphone instead during the entire time I waited and as I was checked out by another associate.

-I chose this company without doing any research through my insurance company. I chose the mobile option but they don’t have a mobile option -after choosing them, I received 3 phone calls in 1 day, showing professionalism -when I returned the call someone answered almost immediately -I arrived a few minutes before my 8 am appointment -unfortunately the tech who does the repairs seems to arrive when he feels like it(between 815 and 830) -my repair (rock chip in windshield) was repaired in 70 minutes -if going in winter bring a sweater. The office is cold Update: I had to go back a week later because I got ANOTHER rock chip 🤪 I was in and out in 45 minutes and paid $50 this time because I didn’t want to go through my insurance again. Relatively quick and painless

I went in to Auto Glass Now, anytime I need my auto glass to be replaced or repaired. I have been there several times for service and it’s usually a good experience. This particular time I needed my driver side window to be replaced due to someone breaking it. Went to get window replaced and then found out when the window was broken, I was later notified, the regulator was damaged also. I had to wait a few weeks to have that regulator installed because I had to order it from a different supplier. Once I received regulator, I went back to Auto glass Now so they could install it( at an additional cost to me). The place I ordered I ordered it from had given me the wrong one so I had to reorder a different one. In the process of them installing this regulator, my window was scratched several times, I let the lady in the front know about the scratches, she said she would look into it, so she says. She told me she would speak to the manager on the next day to make a decision about my window being scratched while at their business. I go on the next day to speak with the “manager” only to find out he was there at the shop while I was discussing my window being scratched. When I seen this so callled manager, I told her why couldn’t I have spoken with him same day since he was sitting right there listening to me talk about my window, he said nothing. Needless to say, they didn’t admit my window was scratched while being serviced by them, kept telling me the window is not covered under warranty from scratches. I’m not happy how it turned out, not to mention my rubber piece that sits flush against the window was missing and not put back on upon installation of the regulator. I will be searching out other options and will not return here for any kind of service!ServicesAuto power window repairPrice assessmentReasonable price

My family and I were in Montgomery to escape hurricane Milton. During our trip I had a pebble hit my driver's side window and break the glass. We needed a window immediately because we needed to be able to return to Florida. Auto Glass Now was the only service we found that could get our window quickly (the dealership was helpful, but couldn't get a window for several days). They had one in Birmingham and shipped it down to fix our van the next day. The whole process from wrap (the day the window broke) to fixing the window the next day only took about 2 hours. Everyone at this business was super nice and helpful and we are so grateful for the quick service.
