**Update#2- aside from the note they posted on this review, today is Feb 28th and the location on New Hope has NOT followed up regarding the damage to my vehicle, nor the windshield not being sealed correctly. Prior to today, I have called to speak with a manager over 4 times regarding the damage and unsealed windshield and have gotten NO response. I called into their main line four additional times and was told that they put in a warranty claim and the manager of the location would follow up with me that day. On one occasion, the CS Agent told me the manager was “dealing with bigger issues and would have to get back with me.” My initial appointment was Jan 25th and today is Feb 12th with NO follow up from location. I’ve seen where the warranty work request has been pushed forward with no date on two occasions. Absolutely THE WORST. Save your money and spend it elsewhere where they care about their customers and quality of work. I chose AutoGlass Now based off prior ratings here, but my experience was not what I anticipated. The best thing about this place is the young woman at the front desk. I had an appointment at 10:30 and it took two hours to be completed when it was only supposed to take one. There was no complimentary water or coffee, the waiting area played the same newscast three times while we waited, their chairs are uncomfortable, and the bathroom for customer use was out in the shop where the technicians are. It was absolutely filthy and was out of toilet paper. Upon receiving my vehicle back, the windshield is not sealed properly and you can hear air coming in, the technician sliced both sides of the material leading up to the windshield when removing the windshield on the interior of the car, there was black ink or some type of sealant all over the dash and down the right panel of where the windshield is held. I went back in to explain the situation to the front desk person who was very kind. She went back to talk to the technician and brought me some type of cloth to get the black stuff off of my hands. She drove the vehicle back in the bay area and had the tech try to clean up the black stuff all over. She said she would be in touch with the manager to see if they could order new material to replace the sleeves where the material had been cut. For a first time visit, I was very displeased with the knowledge/experience level of the tech who worked on my vehicle. I can’t get over the fact that it took as long as it did and it still isn’t correct and I was left with damage and a mess. Additionally, even if they replace the material, the inconvenience of having to return to have it installed feels super frustrating. I don’t normally post negative reviews, but the fact that it doesn’t seem like their tech was well trained and possibly the shop was short handed didn’t sit right with me. Everyone makes mistakes and things get messed up, but I just felt like the mess was downplayed. I was very thankful for the young woman who handled my complaint though. She was super kind and professional.

Just average. Insurance repair claim. Passenger side rear door glass. Appointment was for 9 am. Was told on the phone it would only take an hour, upon check in, told it would take an hour and half. Vehicle wasn’t pulled back for work until 10:30 am. Took a little over an hour, but when they brought it out, it didn’t raise/lower properly (like why wouldn’t the technician check that) and the interior panel wasn’t affixed properly. They had to bring it back into the shop and was finally “fixed” at 12 noon. Waiting room is not very nice, WiFi did work so I could check work emails while waiting. Like I said, just an average experience. In future, will not use them for glass repair.ServicesAuto side window replacement

Terrible customer service — Avoid if you value your time I booked an appointment with Auto Glass Now in Raleigh for a glass repair and was told it would be taken care of promptly. Two full days went by and they did absolutely nothing. No work was done, and worse — not a single call or update. I had to call them multiple times just to get any information, and still received no clarity or resolution. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. If you need timely service or even basic communication, look elsewhere. This was a complete waste of time and an incredibly frustrating experience. After multiple calls, I told them I would pick up my car and they don’t even know it was dropped off. I’m worried if they still have my car or not.

Worst experience ever. Not only the work cannot be performed correctly. The employees are unresponsive. Called multiple times and left messages with no communication. Took my car there to replace cracked windshield that had to be reworked on 3 times and still not calibrated. After the 3rd time we were told to take it to the dealer. Waited for my car for over a week before they can send a glass technician there to replace the glass. In the meanwhile. Car rentals and waste of time on my part to deal with these people. Too bad there wasn’t a rating of zero.

Updated review: They made this situation right. I did have to go back but they made it right and corrected the issue. I changed my review from 1 star to 4 because of that to be fair. They called me to personally notify me that the window was there and ready for me. I am satisfied! Org Review: If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t deserve 1 star. Waste or time, effort, and money. Drove almost 1hr 30min and arrived for a 10am appointment only to be told they didn’t get the glass replacement for my window. Waited there 30 min for them to locate the window. Wants me to come back at 4pm. My time and gas that I put in my vehicle didn’t mean anything!

I came in to the Raleigh location with a dime sized star crack in my windshield from a rock in the road. I chose to fill it before it got worse. They filled it and in 1 day the windshield cracked. The dime star was there for a few months. Whatever they did made it worse. They then wanted me to buy a new windshield and would credit what I paid. I think they intended to crack it so I would buy a new windshield. They have you sign a waiver that removes them from liability if a crack happens after fixing the star. But according to them cracks don't happen with small dime size stars. That's why I fixed it .they said it mostly happens with quarter size or larger. Something was fishy here.ServicesAuto windshield repair
