I needed a windshield replacement on a new vehicle and the windshields were very hard to get due to how new the vehicle model was to the market. Andrew found one for me and worked with me on a quick install date. Andrew is a professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes as planned for the customer. Had plans to spend most of the day getting my windshield replaced in my 23 Compass but they had me in and out in under 2 hours. All I had to do was start my claim with Progressive and they handled the rest. Very friendly and professional. Got my car back with no dirty hand prints anywhere on it. Did a great job replacing my windshield. They were professional and really nice and I see nothing wrong with their facility. I was there for two hours getting my windshield replaced. They had one customer in front of me. I think they did a bang up job they handled my claim. All I had to do was start the claim and they did the rest. I will go back again

I'd like to give them a positive review, but, and I don't know any other way to say it; they lied to me. I had the back glass replaced in my pickup in April, 2024. Over this New Years, when the truck had not been driven or disturbed for several days, I discovered the back glass broken again. There was nothing like a projectile inside the truck. Some of the glass pieces were in the area of the back seat, but most were on the tool box in the truck bed or on the front edge of the bed. The window was shattered in the middle but also broken around the top and side edge which, to me, suggested a possibility of material or workmanship defect. When I asked about the warranty, both Adam behind the desk and a man who acted like he was in charge, told me the lifetime warranty ONLY covered wind and water leaks. I foolishly accepted their word and paid for the new window. I looked at the receipt for the replacement when I was putting it in my files. It clearly states that the lifetime warranty covers material and workmanship defects. Of course I'm not sure of they were trying to cover up any culpability, but the fact remains that they lied and have proven they are, at best, unreliable. My only recourse now is to alert all my friends and contacts to avoid Auto Glass Now in Bryant, Arkansas.

Such a great experience!! Had a rock start a big crack on my windshield, got my insurance to set me up with someone else first and ran into nothing but trouble. Called them back and asked for someone new and they send me here. I got an appointment really quickly and the service itself took less than an hour! Wish I had gone to them from the beginning!
