Auto Glass Now

My entire experience with Auto Glass Now was nothing short of excellent. From communication, customer service, pricing and job quality; Auto Glass Now hit every mark. I was coming from over an hour away for my appointment to have a complete windshield replacement. I received immediate service .. the technician explained everything to me and I was in and out in just over an hour. Would absolutely recommend Auto Glass Now for any future needs you may have.

Everyone I dealt with via phone and the technician who came out were very kind and courteous. Unfortunately, the replacement windshield cracked really badly and in multiple places immediately after being installed yesterday (Thursday, January 16, 2024). It was much worse than the crack in my original windshield. I delayed getting my windshield replaced a week earlier by a different company to try out Auto Glass Now, which also seems to be a reputable company. I know unexpected things happen all the time, and the break of the new glass was likely a fluke or one off. I was disappointed when the company said they would not be able to fix the new, broken windshield until Tuesday, 01/21/2024. The technician said there was no way to get me in earlier than that and that they would try a different glass manufacturer at that time. At that point, I regretted that I had not gone with the other company a week earlier for $5 more. I did not feel comfortable waiting that long and driving around with a windshield that was in much worse condition for that much longer. On the off chance that the replacement glass were to break again on Tuesday, how much longer would I have had to wait for my windshield to be properly repaired? Additionally, I did not like the fact that I received absolutely no emails or paperwork regarding my appointment or the quote for replacement from Auto Glass Now. I did not even receive an email regarding the incident with the broken replacement windshield and rescheduling of the work to the following Tuesday. I decided to try a different company who fit me in on Friday morning (today). This company sent me an email summary of each step, a calendar invite for the appointment, a confirmation email of the amount due while the work was underway, and finally a receipt after I paid for the completed work. I do not blame Auto Glass Now or technician for what happened, but handling the situation in a different way would have kept my business, despite the extra and unexpected inconvenience. I hope that this company will take some steps to track interactions with clients better. Most importantly, please make sure that the technicians are fully supported and not overworked or pushed to their limits. Again, everyone was very kind, cordial, and easy to deal with. This was simply my experience. Thank you for the opportunity to share my feedback.

Experience with auto glass now was great before I even made it inside to the office I was being helped!! I hade a rock chip in my windshield that they repaired although it is still slightly visible they did great and it prevents it from cracking more. I pulled in auto glass now got an estimate an the repair complete within 30 minutes I was back on the road

Called on Thursday to schedule an appointment for my husband’s windshield to be replaced and they came out that following Monday. The technician was punctual, friendly and was diligent in completing the job timely. I highly recommend this company to have your windshield replaced. The cost was great as well, much less than the competitors out there.

I got a crack on my windshield, and I was very annoyed about it. Did not know who I was going to call since this was my first cracked windshield ever! My co-worker highly recommended this place. I called on Friday, and they had an appointment available on Monday. Customer service was excellent! Jeanette was able to answer all my questions, told me that they can come to me so I would not have to miss work to go to them, explained how the technician does the work, and was able to tell me the cost. The technician came an hour early and did a great job....(Pictures to prove below!!) His name is Josh. He was able to answer my questions and explained the work he was going to do. He did not rush. After he finished, he cleaned my whole windshield and gave me a printed receipt. No games were played, and there was no beating around the bush. This company was 100% honest. I am very happy with this company and I already told my husband and a bunch of people about this company! Thank you, Auto Glass Now! Again. Check out the pictures!

I am pleased with the outcomes! I received all the information I required, and Auto Glass came to me when I was unable to go to them. Their team was not only prompt but also incredibly professional, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated their attention to detail and the way they ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. It was a relief to have such reliable service during a time when I needed it most. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto glass services.
