Not recommend this vendor to anyone!!!, Brough my F150 to them 3 times the first time had a heavy leak above my review mirror, took it back he just add more sylicone afterwards the leak move to the left side, took it back more sylicone was ad it then an air leak pop up. At the point I call someone in Little Rock they said they were going to look in to it So couple options take it to Shreveport or Hot springs, the shop is in Texarkana Tech said he dint have any help blame it on my truck too tall So at the point i use another vendor in Town, so $750.00 down the drain gave my money away, kind of furious but thats what i get for poor training staff They hook me up no issues done in one day Use wright Glass avoid this place take my advice

Had windshield replaced. Had to go back was leaking air on passenger side. Guy added more sealant said it had a bubble. Haven’t gone on highway yet to see if it fixed.well it still leaked gave so I them a bad review. Tried to call him no answer so I left messages still nothing. So I went to the shop and the guy told me that he blocked my number and to call corporate, he wasn't going to fix it because I gave him a bad review. Why ask for a review if you’re not going to try and do better. Earlier he told me he was a man of his word and he would fix. What a joke. Called my insurance and they are sending me to another shop. Also said they will not send Autoglass Now any more work. Also tried to call their corporate office and no luck keep getting a shop in Conway, Ar. Sent emails been 4 days still no reply. Believe the whole outfit is a joke. Think they are run by 10 year olds. Lol

For two times. She told us the wrong time. We told her we would need to do it in the afternoon. And she said that’s fine. And told us the time in the after noon. We come by and get there she said we missed it. It was 11:30 in the morning. We were confused but alright we must have misheard. We wait another week. Day comes supposed to be in the after noon. 4 or 5. I call her to make sure it’s right. She says that it’s at 11. And we missed it again. By now I’m frustrated because this is the second time she told us. And she’s saying she’s not wrong. I was with another person and they heard her. Two people heard her. She said she didn’t have time to waste because “she’s two weeks behind on cars and that we need to be here on time” and doesn’t have time to argue with me. I was not arguing i was letting her know she’s telling us different times then what’s it scheduled. She was completely hostile. We should have known since the first time she was not easy to work with. We still decided to give her another chance after wasting our time. So if you want rude and unprofessional behavior. Go here. The lady that sets up the appointment has no reason to work her if she cannot keep cool with customers knowing she is in the wrong ! She hung up on me. the staff members were polite, replaceable my windshield but next morning the seal wasn’t correct so after 4 attempts to schedule appointment and nearly 10 days later, i finally have my next replacement for the original replacement windshield put in on monday. wasn’t satisfied with the call center whose didn’t schedule appointment properly and who didn’t relay messages to the men working. probably won’t go back again

I had my back windshield completely shattered during yard work. I called Discount Auto Glass and asked what they could do. The woman suggested I come by the shop and have the temporary plastic put on to cover my cargo area. I went over there and they proceeded to put on the plastic and even repaired a rock chip in my front windshield. My back glass needed to be ordered in and was due on Monday. I scheduled an appointment at my workplace on Monday and they took care of replacing the back glass very quickly. They even attached my rear defroster connections and made sure everything worked correctly. I recommend their service to anyone who needs their auto glass repaired or replaced. Very professional, courteous, dependable, through, and prompt.
