I have had chip repair in the past and it was a process of uv lights and a vacuum apparatus to eliminate the visible surface imperfections and this was nothing like that. A quick wipe with some solvent and down the road with the star only about 40% less than original. I sure miss the old days. I could have/ should have just bought the glue stick on the popup ad because it shows it completely eliminated. Typical of how business is done today

From the time we reported the glass damage to the time it took to replace it was almost 4 weeks. I know some of this was due to the insurance verification,. However it took almost 2 weeks to order the glass in and then another week for the appointment some of which was due to us being out of town. If the glass it shattered and the vehicle was undriveable 4 weeks would have been unacceptable to be without a car. This process should be resolved between the insurance company and glass company to avoid these sorts of situations occurring in the future.

Took my Ford truck in to replace the windshield. Wanted it replaced with Ford factory glass but they used a different brand. About a week ago after getting the truck home, we had huge rain and the next day I noticed a TON of water in the cab. It had leaked so bad the nav screen wouldn’t work! Needless to say I was pretty upset. Took it back and they acted like it was normal but would re-seal it. I told them to take as long as they needed to make it right. When I picked it up they assured me that they tested it and no leaks. Everything was fine until this weekend when I pressure washed the truck and it’s leaking again! Same place!! I’ve moved out of state and now can’t make them fix it. I do not recommend using them.

After windshield was installed and job completed. I got into my truck and noticed the rear view mirror was loose. I went back in to the office to let them and the technician know. Karen went to the shop to let the tech know but he didn't want to come out to look at it. So she came out to the truck and said the mirror itself was bad and suggested I get another mirror. I left and drove home. I got home and started checking the mirror and noticed the mirror was not attached all the way to the bracket. I was able to remove the mirror by hand and installed it back on the bracket and got it mounted correctly. No more loose mirror. I was told that Ford has problems with loose mirrors. I told them that this mirror was never loose and wasn't loose when I brought it in. I was pretty upset when I left and they didn't seem to care. Technician didn't care to come out. Customer service was a fail in my opinion.

From the start making the appointment the ladies were super helpful. When I took my car in ladies were super friendly, kind. Make the whole process easy and it was totally affordable. We have been putting it off for so long cause every other place was so expensive. Glad I called !! Gonna bring my son’s car to get his windshield replaced. I am definitely gonna recommend!!

My windshield was seriously damaged when hot metal shavings went airborne causing micro burns across the entire windshield. My insurance company recommended Auto Glass Now who scheduled my windshield replacement for the next day. Igor, the tech, showed up on time and did a great job on the replacement. He was super nice, and was very patient with my questions. He provided me with information on the warranty and educated me on how long I should wait before driving my car as well as how long to wait before washing my car. Overall experience was positive!
