Me and my wife had the best experience with our windshield replacement at auto glass now for our 2024 pilot. The whole process went very smooth with the knowledgeable and professional service manager and team at the Lymbrook location as well as the auto glass now customer service team over the phone. We opted for the Honda oem windshield replacement paying the difference State Farm covers and our replacement was done perfectly with all advanced driver safety system calibrated and working fine. Highly recommend the auto glass now team at the Lymbrook location.

Exceptional service! The team at auto glass now went above and beyond by accommodating me earlier than my scheduled appointment. Their pricing was more affordable than Safelite, and the ease of speaking directly to a live person without navigating through automated systems was a definite plus. They efficiently fixed my car's back window, ensuring a quick turnaround. I'll definitely return if I encounter any future glass-related issues.

I had my windshield replaced on 2/21 and by 2/22 the rear view mirror console was falling off. I called them as soon as I saw it and the girl said someone would call me back. I decided to drive there since I was in the area and arrived at 1:48p they close at 2p according to the door sign but when I called their after hour service answered and argued that they closed at 10am!!!! Make it make sense ao now I'm driving with this thing falling off until next friday!!!! Update: 2/28/25 - I received a call from a female employee who is asking me to come in earlier (my appointment is for 4pm) she is telling me that my appointment is for 2pm I tell her no because 1. I work until 2pm which is why Daniel scheduled me for 4p she then insists it's for 2p I can help it if Daniel entered it under the wrong time but why should I be inconvenienced for your shortcomings? She tells me "I'm trying to accommodate you" How??? I get off work at 2p you've already shown me you lie about the hours you keep and then to make matters worse she hangs up on me. I will be calling my insurance and these people should be ashamed of themselves.

This would have been a fantastic experience If the front check in desk area was not so rude! What saved the day Was Jason, the technician who installed The back windshield. He was fast, efficient and explained everything in a calm and friendly manner. When we first checked in for our appointment, we were ignored by the front desk receptionist until we spoke up after waiting ten minutes for her to acknowledge us. She was answering call after call with a headset on, staring straight at the computer without once acknowledging us until we walked up to her desk and waited for her attention. Even after asking about our appointment (Yes, we were 20 minutes late and apologized) She never once told us to wait or what the next step was. She simply got up from her desk with her headset on, still talking and walking back and forth into a backroom. The manager then came out after 15 minutes to state we were late and to state that it would take 2-3 hours to have our back glass windshield replaced. He stated they would have to work in between other cars that were scheduled for the day. We acknowledged the lateness and accepted the time frame but did complain to him about the receptionist, ignoring us and not acknowledging us or stating anything of the sort to us even when we apologize for being late. The manager defended his receptionist stating she was doing exactly her job by answering calls only. That remark made no sense as she is working in a front office area where she would have to check-in and greet the customer. We were lucky to find a bench right across from the garage area where we could see our car worked on. We were able to see Jason the technician work diligently and quickly on our car and we were out of that place in an hour. We were amazed by his workmanship and his professionalism. We certainly cannot speak to the lack of professionalism of both the manager and the receptionist. First impressions are everything and it's important to communicate to your customer. What the next steps are in a friendly and calm manner. Being ignored or scolded as the manager did does not work at the end of the day. The work is not for free, nor are the services. We appreciate the good handiwork of the technician. I would only recommend the place because of the technician Jason. Expect to be ignored when you walk in, as apparently the phone calls are more important instead of the paying customer in front of you. I don't know where the professionalism and attentiveness to the customer have gone.

I was greeted outside by a nice gentleman with a pleasant hello. He held the door for me and offered me a drink and a chair to sit in. I was updated every few minutes about how my service was going. The person who performed the service on my vehicle gave me after care instructions that was easy to understand and follow. The receptionists were also nice and very prompt in helping me. Everyone kept a smile on their faces. This place is great.
