Auto Glass Now

They replaced the windshield on my 2018 Honda CRV. We called on Thursday and got set up for them to come to the house the following day. They worked with the insurance company to get everything covered. When they arrived, they realized they wouldn't be able to calibrate the forward facing camera in our driveway because it is so steep, so they took the car to their shop and did it. Very efficient and everything is working great! I highly recommend them. Great team and easy to work with.

I was debating on saying something but it's only right if I do came here to get my window fixed me and my wife I have a OCD problem so I know how I leave everything in my house to my car after they got through with the window I noticed that they had went through my belongings and they had left things open in the car that I would have never left open because I made sure it was shut before I got out the car had a couple items come up missing I don't know if they took the items but I do know that they were searching through my personal belongings and took a couple things but this is not surprising because this is how Toledo Ohio area is scamming scheming still in thieving no customer service Etc

Best mistake ever! Was on the Safelite website trying to get an estimate and what a pain - somehow I clicked call now and I got Auto Glass Now and didn't even know it - - GREAT NEWS FOR ME. Andrea was AWESOME and PROFESSIONAL! Made a reservation for me for the next morning! Got a call the following morning to remind me of the appointment - told them I could come in earlier if they needed - they moved me up 30 minutes. When the tech was finished they notified me that the car had the wrong size wiper blades (they did show me and they were both 1 inch shorter) and they installed the correct size - NO CHARGE! Stopped in without an appointment, just to see what they thought about a small crack in the corner of my windshield (repair or replace). They said they could repair it and if I didn't mind waiting in their seating area that they could take care of it right away. The price was great and the whole experience went really well. Will definetely keep them in mind, as it seems I cannot keep a windshield unscathed in any of my vehicles

I had my 2011 Sienna and 2012 Mazda 3 windshield installed at Auto Glass Now shop. Great service, two technicians worked on each car at the same time. I am very satisfied with their work, good quality. Also better/reasonable price compared to couple other places around Toledo area. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now for windshield repair/replacement work.

I had a small pin hole chip in my windshield. After calling and being sent in circles at Belle Tire and struggling to get through to a live person on SafeLite's automated line, I googled windshield repair and since Autoglassnow was literally right down the road from where I was at, I decided to stop in. I was greeted by Abigail at the front desk. She went out to my car and took a look, gave me a price, and told me if I had time she could fix it in about 10 minutes. She took my car to the garage without even taking payment first. She had such a good vibe and I felt good handing my car off to her. Two other people came in right as she took my car back, so I told her I was OK waiting and she was welcome to help them first. One gentleman was having an issue with his windshield being delivered. Something about non-matching numbers or something. Abigail got everything sorted out for this gentleman with the parts company over the phone. She was firm with the company but polite, and advocated for this gentleman's inconvenience. She also apologized to me for the extended wait. I reassured her I had no issue waiting, but it was still nice that she acknowledged me while I was there. The second gentleman that came in needed his windshield repaired too, so she asked him to wait while she took care of mine, then was just as courteous yo him as she was me. This was a great experience. My car is 17 years old (2009 Town and Country) so I really wanted to avoid replacing the windshield. Given it was so hard to talk to anyone at the bigger name repair companies, I was worried if it got bigger I'd have to replace the whole thing. I spent about $100 which was well worth it for the service and smooth process. Abigail was also very thorough explaining the policies for repairing the crack and that functionally it is filled but it may still be a esthetically visible. Also, she told me there was a chance it may not actually fix it and if it got bigger after repair they'd deduct what I paid towards the cost of a new windshield. The top it all off, you can't even where it was damaged! This has been a lovely experience and AutoGlassNow will have my buinsess if needed in the future.
