They were earlier than scheduled. Rather early than late so thats good. They did the job quickly and smoothly. My only complaint which isn't really a complaint, more of a criticism, was that they use a small vacuum to clean up any glue, paper pieces or shoe dirt, but really was no big deal. Initially had to reschedule due to the new windshield breaking before they could transport it to replace mine. They were able to accommodate my schedule to do the work on my day home which was a whole week from the initial appointment. They called ahead, performed the work professionally, were friendly, and explained I should wait to drive the car for a few hours. This info might be helpful beforehand to others.
