This was the second time I've ever had to replace a windshield and this experience was far superior to the first. From Lindsey on the phone to the guys at the shop who did the work, everyone was pleasant and professional. The cost was about half what I thought it would be and it only took right at an hour from start to finish. Best of all, the new windshield has a lifetime guarantee against leakage. If I ever need any auto glass replaced in the future, this is where I will go again!

When I arrived at the shop I had the pleasure of meeting the installer named Russ. He was entirely helpful as we walked over to my truck and I asked him about the install. He explained in detail everything he would do and specifically told me it would be a good job by all means. Auto Glass Now in Roanoke, Virginia is top notch, quick archive with a friendly face. I thought they were going to be pricey like Safelite, but when your Crack in the windshield is running you need help fast. I went in and the service was indeed quick. I even got my veteran Dd-214 for a nice discount!! After that they booked up my rear view mirror and I was out of there. I Appreciated Auto Glass and they appreciate there clients. Life time warranty !

Not a good experience. I went to the appointment and they the wrong glass. Told me I would have to wait till tomorrow and they would call me. I called the contact number instead of leaving and talked someone who then talked with the glass installation man. After their conversation he said he could go done the street to the warehouse and get the right glass if I didn’t mind waiting. So we waited for the glass and then the installation so a couple hours later we were done. When we checked the vehicle they didn’t vacuum out the glass which was everywhere. Another 20 minutes. Then when I went to pay the bill was $50 more then the quote. Back on the phone and another discussion and finally the right price quoted to me. Not a great experience.

Scheduling the repair was easy, and the initial replacement was very quick. But they didn't use the OEM clips to reinstall the A-pillar trim, they tried gluing it back in place with windshield glue, so it fell down while I was driving. I called to schedule a repair, and they did not believe me over the phone; they insisted I bring it back for inspection by a manager. He was stand-offish until he realized his shop had definitely screwed up. Then he was apologetic and said he'd call me when the part came in. He never called. I had to leave multiple messages with their central phone system and call him back to remind him. Once the part was in they repaired it quickly. They deserve credit for making it right, but still - (5+) phone calls and (3) trips across town in the middle of my workday for (1) windshield left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not use again.

Really nice staff!!! Appointment with them was quickly done and didn't wait for my vehicle to have a new windshield put in and very pleased with the whole experience!!
