Needed to replace a chipped windshield on my son's '98 Jeep and wanted to get it done before he gets back from fishing with his friend. I’m so disappointed that I used with this company. Had front windshield replaced in late December. Price was great but workmen ship and quality of glass STRAIGHT TRASH!!! Strike 1. Owner Michael didn’t even bother to cover the hood on my car and scratched the hood. Than had the nerve to say to me…oh you have a lot of scratches on your hood. Yes, there were scratches on the hood but I was not paying you to add more scratches to the hood! Strike 2. Didn’t clean new windshield off at all after installing it…so glass had a bunch of scratches that I could not see but as soon as I drove the car about an hour after the install and the sun hit the windshield…I could see all of the imperfections in the glass scratches poor quality glass and all. I called owner he stopped by a few days later and denied anything was wrong. Strike 3. Low grade glass so when it’s raining it’s hard to see out front windshield glass becomes very glared looking. Called him again to address the scratches in the windshield and not being able to see out the windshield when it’s raining. He blamed the scratches on my wiper blades but the scratches are everywhere in the windshield he installed. He claims he don’t see any scratches and also told me to put rain-x windshield wiper fluid in my car for better visibility when it’s raining. What a joke I’ve never used rain-x before and had my car since 11/2015. The owner Michael refused to do anything about my concerns but was quick to tell me “I’m not going to argue with you”. I did not ask him to argue with me…I asked him to address my concerns which he refuses to do. So basically I’m screwed with a bad windshield which I’m sure he did not pay a lot for! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! I would not recommend using them at all! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY to get quality and PROFESSIONAL SERVICES because this ain’t it!

Michael and his colleague did a FANTASTIC job! My car had been broken into by breaking the drivers side window. Such a terrible situation to be in… especially as a full time mom and employee with a toddler and young kids to transport. My husband found Michael and Auto Glass Pro’s because other companies didn’t have my window in stock and it was going to be WEEKS. These guys came out the next morning, to my office, and fixed it quickly, quietly, and it was exactly as promised. Everything works and the glass is flawless. Very friendly, did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. Came the VERY SAME DAY which I honestly didn't think was possible. He replaced the back door glass in my truck in my driveway and I didn't have to do a thing - he took care of it all, including cleanup of the broken glass all across the back seat and floorboard.
