He carefully coordinated with his technician and my location and my time slot needs and went above and beyond. Carlos was my installer and he was very courteous, polite and professional! I had a great experience at AZ Auto Glass. My insurance told me Safelight was a week out, but Brian was able to squeeze me in next day. They came out to my job (which is a jail so not the easiest location) and were able to get everything done quickly and professionally. The installer even cleaned out all the broken glass in my trunk which was super nice. I was definitely pleased with their customer service and timely scheduling! Really pleased with my experience. Yesterday my car was broken into at a Circle K and my entire driver side window was shattered. Called these guys and they got me set up for a next day appointment at my apartments. The techs were friendly and trustworthy.
