Auto Glass Service

Great company. I needed the rear hatch glass and rear passenger glass replaced. From scheduling to them coming out everything was great. The first day they came out they brought the wrong glass for the rear passenger but they came back the very next day to take care of it for me. A lot cheaper than the other companies. Will definitely be using them in the future if I ever need glass repair. Thank you.

They came out on Monday morning and replaced front windshield. After they left my rearview mirror fell off hanging by wires. I call the same day. They promised someone would be out to fix problem, no one came. Called the next day ( Tuesday), talked to Brandon who told me I could bring it in. He told me they only cover my area on Mon, Wed and Fri. He told me I had to wait til Fri even tho I called on Mon trying to get someone to fix it. Called back on Wed spoke with Melissa in customer service, who spoke with her supervisor. Still no help. Everyone I spoke with told me they would get it resolved and told me they would call me back. None of which returned the calls or fixed the issue until Fri. Guaranteed right the first time, I think NOT. Service in 24 hrs, NOPE didn't happen. Would NOT recommend this company unless you want run around and void help. Pat S. Loudon Tn

This location is very well managed, or they just have great staff. Conrad assisted me originally, and Tabitha was great to help with my follow up questions. She was very informative, nice, and respectful. They assisted me in a special dealer part, even though the first one arrived to their shop damaged, they quickly had another one available. They referred to me by saying Mr Long and made you feel valued. Troy did a great job communicating the process and installing the windshield. The dash could have been a tad cleaner after install, but overall these folks are highly recommended. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Windshield on our SUV cracked from 1 side to the other during a wicked weather snowstorm we had. I called our insurance agent to see if they would cover the replacement; said he would take care of it & not to worry. The glass company called me within minutes to get my information and schedule time to come TO us to replace it. He said his technician would call me within a couple of hours to discuss the appointment. He gave me a 2 hour window of time to expect him. He called the morning of the appointment and said he was on his way & would be here between 9 & 10. He pulled in my driveway at 10 minutes to 9, replaced windshield and was on his way again in less than an hour. ABSOLUTELY SUPER service from everybody in this company that we dealt with. If we ever need auto glass repairs or replacements again, we will not hesitate to call them.

I recently had my windshield replaced and things didn't go smoothly...the gasket that arrived was the wrong color so it had to be sent back. When the correct gasket arrived Auto Glass Service replaced my windshield and and everything looked great but it wasn't... while driving down the interstate a piece of body trim around my windshield flew off. Apparently the clips that hold the trim in place had weakened when the windshield was replaced and just gave away at interstate speed. So why do these guys get five stars? Because they stood behind their work at every step of the way. They were eager to replace the part and they didn't put in the slightly wrong colored gasket because it didn't look exactly right. If you want to use a company that is there for you when things don't go smoothly Troy and the team at Auto Glass Service are right for you
