I'm still astonished at how quickly and easily Auto Glass Solutions was able to take care of me. I left the house yesterday afternoon and discovered the quarter glass on one of my passenger windows was completely smashed. I requested quotes from several auto glass companies that evening, and Mark from Auto Glass Solutions was the first to respond at 7AM today. We texted and spoke on the phone briefly, and he confirmed they had the glass in stock and could send out a technician between 1-5PM. Like clockwork, Chris arrived shortly after 1. We chatted for a few minutes as he assessed the damage before getting to work. I'd hardly had the chance to go back up to my apartment before he'd finished the replacement and called me right back down. The glass looked good as new; in fact, I need a car wash now to get the rest of the windows looking equally shiny and fresh. Chris also noticed that my rear-view mirror was sitting on the floor of the car. I explained it fell off years ago and I've had another auto shop try re-attaching it twice, only for it to keep falling off to the point where I just gave up. He asked if I'd like him to try re-attaching it again, and I said I'd be thrilled. Fingers crossed third time's the charm. I really can't thank Mark and Chris enough for their help with what could have been a much more stressful situation. Mark was extremely prompt in communicating with me, and the price he gave me was nearly half what the company my insurance recommended would have charged me (they also wouldn't have come out until the next week!). Chris was friendly and lightning-fast with the replacement. I especially appreciated him taking the time to ask questions about the situation and his proactivity in helping me with something above and beyond my glass. If you're looking for window glass replacement or repair, you don't need to look any further—this is the one. I'm hoping I won't need their services again soon, but if I do, Auto Glass Solutions will be my first call.

Well it happened again...I own a Hyundai 2013 Sonata. You can guess the rest. This is the second time it has happened. So just FYI. Buy a Steering Wheel lock. It just might save you some extra headache. But it was the same back driver side window these kids went through to get their free joyride (ThankYou Hyundai! :\ ). But back to the awesome guys at Auto Glass Solutions Inc. especially Mark. Soooo knowledgeable and helpful and transparent. I went to them twice before for my front windsheild. Not only is their pricing fair. They are also super courteous and fast. Highly highly recommend them if you need glass work done on your car. Also as an added bonus they stayed 30 minutes past their closing on Saturday and even vacuumed most of the glass for me so I didn't have to take to a car wash place and vacuum it myself. Yay!

Came in from out of town to visit our daughter. Just before we arrived our daughters left drivers glass was shattered during theft at Zilker Park while jogging. I called Auto Glass Solutions 5 minutes before close on Friday evening and spoke to Mark. He found they had a replacement, and to come in Saturday morning to install. Arrived before shop opened, they jumped on cleanup and install completing within 1 1/2 hours. Also asked Mark about small dent. He cleaned debris off dent and recommended a shop close by that could repair for reasonable cost. Will absolutely use them, and Auto Glass Solutions again as needed. Great work and customer service. Highly recommend.

Auto Glass Solutions is one of the most honest and reliable companies I have worked with.My daughter's car was vandalized and a rear passenger window was broken.This happened a day before the snowstorm. When I called Auto Glass Solutions, they were closed due to weather but the owner, Mark, picked up the call. Over the next couple days he was able to order, receive, and have the window installed by his mobile unit. This all done quickly, despite part availability (new car), weather delays and a mobile schedule that was already fully booked. Additionally, the technician Chris went over and beyond in getting the car started (and no jumper cable) due to a dead battery! He also did a great cIeanup of the broken glass. I really appreciated Mark's advice and excellent communication especially with weather conditions beyond his control. I felt as if my daughter and her car were being taken care of, as I arranged all this from Florida!
