After my experience with these guys I can tell why they only have 5 star reviews. This has by far been one of the best experiences with a window company I have ever had. I previously had a different company install a window on my Chevy v20 pickup and they cracked it while installing it. When I tried to get the window replaced I kept getting the run around. I decided to just cut my losses and get someone else to install a new window for me. That's when I called these guys. When I called them up they not only were apologetic about what a DIFFERENT company did they said they wanted to make it right. We got a date set for them to come out and install a new window for me. On the day they are supposed to come install a new window the owner calls me and says that he is going to cover the cost of the window and the installation. He said what happened wasn't right and that he wanted to right a wrong. (THAT HIS COMPANY DIDN'T EVEN MAKE) absolutely amazing definitely that type of business that you should want to do business with. Can't say enough good things about them.

After driving for a bit I hear a noise now, I realized some tabs were broken when taking off my headliner as the tabs were left in the cup holder. At least one was… the other is rolling around in my dome light, or around it and sounds terrible. For the price you get what you pay for but I wish I spent the extra money and went somewhere who didn’t rush the install as now I saved a couple hundred but have to live with this new noise. Also noticed some nicks on my paint around where the tech worked but again, you get what you pay for

Look no further for any auto glass services you need!! It's hard to find a company now a days that provides commitment, honesty, fair pricing, promptness and outstanding service. The Auto Glass Squad has all of that and so much more! The glass shattered on my rear hatch. Unfortunately it wasn't just that, the frame that actually holds the glass was broken as well. Which turned into a not so easy fix. It is a 20 year old vehicle and a unique model at that. I'm certain, if it was any other company, they would have told me they couldn't do it. The team had to come out multiple times but never gave up! Every single one of them were so friendly and knowledgeable! Jim, the owner, was amazing as well! He kept me updated the whole time. The cost to do all they did was extremely fair. There's no way he made any profit from it, he was just DETERMINED to get my glass fixed! I can't thank Jim and the whole team at Auto Glass Squad enough! They truly went above and beyond and I will most definitely be using them in the future!

This is A great business. So I was calling around various places regarding my Chevy Malibu front windshield getting replaced. Several of them told me they were backed up until the end of January or the beginning of next month. Others was trying to charge me A arm and a leg like around 240$-300$+ and I was just like no way. I came across this place from the google list of windshield repairs and saw the reviews and instantly called. I get a hold of Jim and he immediately understood where I was coming from and out of nowhere he drops my price down to around 219$ Plus tax out the door. I schedule my appointment for Friday around 3:00-3:30 PM but tells him if you can get me in earlier to give me a call because my kids got out of school around the same time. I get a call around 12:30 to come earlier at 1:30 PM and get it done. I arrived around 1:40 PM and I was out by 2:03 PM. The service was great and fast and hats off to Jim for making it so easy by getting my windshield replaced I highly recommend this business. Avoid them The rear view mirror (rain sensing wipers) fell off the first time I drove after the windshield installed. (3 hours later) It turns out that when the repairman removed the mirror he broke 1 of 4 prongs that hold the mirror on. Also cracked a tab on the plastic housing that covers the mirror. Both parts were laid in place, knowing the first time I would try to adjust the mirror it would all fall off. No attempts to return my calls or reply to voice mail message left. It seems ridiculous that a company would have such little interest in resolving an issue they caused. This is no way to treat people that choose you when there are so many glass repair company’s to choose from.

I have zero words to accurately describe just how incredibly fantastic this company was to work with. The customer service was on point from the second I made the initial contact and let me tell you, it did not waver in the slightest. Less than 48 hours passed between accepting the best quote from any company around to having a new windshield installed on my wife's car. I didn't even wait for them to call me for my payment info, I called them as soon as they left the house and gladly handed over my money and had them put me on the schedule to replace the windshield on my truck next week and it doesn't even need replacing.
