I am very happy with the service of this business. I needed my windshield replaced on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I called on a Friday and they were able to come the next Tuesday but that was to soon for me so they came on Thursday to my office. I ended up getting sick Thursday morning and thought I was going to have to cancel but I decided that was not an option. I called their office and talked to Summer who is super nice and told her my situation and asked if it was possible to have the installers come early so I could go home since I was sick. She said it was unlikely since the schedule for the installers was already predetermined and I was looking at installation towards the end of the day. That was kind of a bummer but I accepted it and understood, being self employed for 20+ years I get it. Next thing I know I get a call from the installer and he informs me that they will be at my office in the next 45 min. This saved me at least 2 hr. if not more so now I can go home and be sick. I had a windshield put in on 6/5/2024 and yesterday on 6/9/2024 driving on 285 a very tiny pebble popped up and spilt the entire windshield. I’m talking so small you could barely hear it. I’ve had actual rocks pop up and hit my windshield on my other car and nothing happened so clearly this was a defective windshield. They are being extremely unhelpful will not work with me and said they will not do anything. I don’t want anyone else to have a bad experience like I did so I would definitely NOT recommend using auto glass unlimited. 🗑️ I’ve had safelite and cornerstone look at it and they both have confirmed it was a defective windshield.

Absolutely horrible costumer service and communication. I spoke to a man on Friday, and explained that my window on my passenger side door needed to be replaced. Somehow that got lost in translation and they had me down for chip repair. I spoke to a woman on the phone this morning to clarify what I needed done, and thought I was set to go. They came by today with a windshield, not a window. The woman I spoke to called me back, and instead of apologizing for the confusion about a clearly frustrating situation, she proceeded to blame me for not communicating what I needed done to my car. I clearly stated to both people that I needed my passenger side window replaced, because I’m going on a road trip soon and it will be raining on the drive, and that I can’t not have a window. She then began to gaslight me and said I never told anyone that (why on Earth would I call a place to get expensive work done on my car and not explain what I needed done? Clearly I wasn’t being listened to.) The conversation ended with her yelling at me and hanging up. I’ve worked in costumer service for years and I know that is not the way a professional would handle this situation. Horrifying.ServicesAuto side window replacement

Rather disappointed with a recent windshield install from them. We had prices quoted on two vehicles that they could come to the same work location saving them money. I had requested a particular brand of glass and they said they could do that for the quoted price. The day before the install I get a call saying that they could not get the glass and substituted it for a less desirable brand. it was not the worst glass so I went with it.... no discounts of course from the change. After the install, both of us noticed that the pricing was $20 higher and they explained that was for glass disposal...being in the glass business myself for many years I know that was a stretch and was simply more profit added. The other person who got their windshield replaced at the same time found that his antenna was broken off during the install....they denied it at first but then agreed to reimburse him. Not the worst install I have ever had but I think they need to improve on communication and professionalism before advertising themselves as they do. LESS THAN A STAR! My daughter is a nice,trusting, school mate that used her friend from school's business today. She was wrong because she had a quote and apparently didn't read it becausawe it was different than the quote she told me. ANY WAY whoever is right or wromg his cost for the same job (actually less because he ended up NOT putting int tint on the front window which was in the quote.) the job cost was 3 TI*MES the amount the company that our family always uses was quoted the day before. She told me the quotes were so close that she wanted to support her highsciiool mate instead. SO legally maybe he was right??????????? (I'm not sure he ended up doing less window tints than was on the quote)BUT I WARN YOU TO GET MORE QUOTES FROM OTHER WINDOW TINTING COMPANIES BEFORE USING AUTO GLASS UNLIMITED!3# times the amount is cheating in my book! I* am not the one that actually owns the car but I would take this to court before letting the charge go through and get a legal opinion. Business is built and taken down by referrals and he wasn't interesting in correcting his actions when I called. IT was the owner so always get the total quotes on paper before having work done.The work order and the reciept looked very different!.EVERYTHING CLEAR ON THE RECEIPT!

Unhelpful customer service on multiple occasions when calling the Bailey location. Was hoping to get a rock chip filled, but it seemed that my desire to bring the company business was an inconvenience. No call back after days having left a voicemail. Once I got in contact with someone, she had an unprofessional attitude and made it seem like working around my schedule would be extremely difficult. Unfortunately, I'm not predisposed to know how the company operates. My questions should be welcomed, not met with grief. Thanks. Edit in response to the business' reply: First and foremost, thank you for your reply. I respect anyone who's juggling the weight and complexities of a business. I absolutely do not expect any business to throw their book out the window for me. As indicated in the above message, I left the call feeling frustrated for other reasons. Not every interaction can be perfect, especially at the end of a long day. You guys will get the next one. Best of luck.
