Auto Glass by Lance

Review is unsolicited and I am not related to either of these two people. I had a rear window (with heat and electric slider) in a Ram 3500 broken by a friend. I Googled it to see if I could do it myself and save money for everyone… a big job and I didn’t have the proper tools. Called this local small business and was treated fair and like I was their only customer. Very pleasant and prompt with return calls and getting the job done. I would highly recommend AutoGlass by Lance. Hopefully we will meet again in life outside of his business, but if I ever need auto glass for anything I own, he will be my goto person and company. Highly recommend going to Auto Glass by Lance, very friendly and reasonably priced. I’ve never had to get a windshield repaired before and he explained how the epoxy works. My car’s windshield got patched within 30 minutes and I was on my way. I’ll be going back in the future if I ever need another windshield repair or replacement.

Just had repair work done to repair rock chip in windshield. When I stopped in, Lance provided on the spot assessment and options and worked me in the next morning. We originally thought it would be beyond repair, but they did a real good job repairing with no evidence of chipping or cracks. Lance has done a great job both on a 2012 Chrysler 200 and a 2012 Hyundai Accent Sedan. He gave me prices SIGNIFICANTLY less than everybody else, and both windshields have held up perfectly.
