I had my first experience with Auto Glass by Reggie when he installed my passenger side window that had been damaged. Reggie was professional, prompt, detailed, and the quality of his work was superb. So, when I needed to get my windshield replaced, I did not hesitate to contact him. He worked with my insurance company to ensure that I received the appropriate coverage for the services needed. He was flexible and very accommodating to my schedule (he even offered to come to my lication to complete the install). Based on my personal experience with this company I would NOT recommend their services. An employer named Keith, installed a front windshield on one of our vehicles. Firstly, I had a phone mount affixed to the original windshield and for some reason or another it was not returned to me. They took the phone mount with the old windshield. Secondly, after a couple of months I noticed the trim/moulding started to come loose. Picture's below shows this company's quality work. My husband called the company to inform them of the work. Reggie instructed us to come in on Saturday at 12pm to remedy the issue. He stated it was only going to take 10 minutes. We arrived exactly at the time indicated and much to our disappointment, the shop was closed and Reggie was no where in sight. These are the type of individuals you will be dealing if you choose to do business with Auto Glass by Reggie. Contacted Reggie about my windshield and how the crack was spreading fast . We had a Miscommunication and he informed me that he didn’t have the windshield but would come the next morning early around 7:30am to fix my windshield before I went to work at nine . He didn’t show and didn’t respond either. Hours later he texted me saying he left his phone at a friend house and had no way of contacting me. I responded asking was he still able to do it ..no response and I called him twice ..goes straight to vc. I’m not about to force MY MONEY in nobody hand. My experience from him was UNPROFESSIONAL.
