I called in the afternoon and they were out the following morning to replace my windshield took about 30 minutes and did a great job! They followed up first thing in the morning, by calling since they had a slot open earlier Then what was scheduled, and then they showed up, did the work and then left With no sign of a new windshield except the blue tape. Great experience! And the price was fantastic!

Anyone who needs any kind of auto glass or needs to fix their power windows in their vehicles!!!!! Auto Glass of Bakersfield save me over $1,000!!!! Pep Boys was trying to charge me 1400$$$🤦🏽‍♂️ to replace a window regulator in a Mercedes..... 🤣😂 when the dealer was only going to charge me a little over a thousand🤷🏽‍♂️!! I bought the part from the dealership which was a few hundred dollars and Auto Glass came to my HOUSE!!!!! And help me save a ton of money!!!!!!!! I just wanted to spread the savings and knowledge of a great Bakersfield company!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!💯💯💯

Julio, the owner, is a true angel. While we were staying at Best Western in Lebec our car was broken into, back hatch window smashed and items stolen. I called United Auto Glass in Bakersfield, and although he could not find the right window replacement he and his assistant drove 40 minutes out to the hotel and covered the window with plastic sheeting and tape. He was so kind and helpful and showed us that he really cared. The world could use more people like Julio.

If it was possible to rate 10 stars I would. Great customer service. Alan showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. Had my windshield replaced in an hour and it it’s great. I contacted this company to get my cracked windshield fixed. I thought I had found a good company with good prices. They offered lower prices than most other companies in the area. They offered glass and replacement for $350. We agreed on a price and date/time to have it replaced. When it came to the day I waited for my time slot and the technician to arrive. About an hour after my designated time slot, no technician had arrived and I had not received any communication from the company. I had to contact them and inquire about no one showing up. They informed me that the piece of glass I was going to purchase had not arrived. After another hour they contacted me back and informed me they found another piece of glass and could do the replacement. Three to four hours after the agreed upon time slot, their technician showed up and began his work. After the replacement was done everything looked good and the transaction was completed. Two weeks later I noticed two small cracks at the bottom of my new windshield. Then I noticed a gap between my new windshield and the plastic component at the bottom of the windshield. I contacted the company and was told to bring my vehicle into their shop for inspection. Upon arrival an employee met me outside and within less than two minutes of looking at my windshield informed me that they could not do anything due to the cracks deriving from an “impact point”. I inquired about the gap between my windshield and plastic housing. She claimed this was normal and due to the heat. I have checked my windshield and even had the dealership inspect it for an “impact point”. Myself and the dealership could not find any “impact point” to cause the new cracks on my new windshield. I contacted the company to figure out how to have this issue fixed. I was told I would be taken care of and they would contact their distributor to see what they could do. I was told they would contact me with a resolution in a few days. Almost another two weeks went by without contact until I called once again to inquire about a resolution. I was then told they could do nothing and the issue was not their fault. I was told I could buy another piece of glass and have them replace the previously new windshield that had cracked. They offered me another piece of glass for about $300. This is how they scam you into paying over $600 for a new windshield. They claim to charge half of what their competitors offer. You end up going through more of a hassle and spending more money than their competitors. This company uses cheap glass and poor business practices to make more money off struggling people.

Had a crack that ran down the middle of my front windshield, I drive for Uber and Lyft, so for business as well as safety reasons it was a must that I get this taken care of. Checked out other places, Auto Glass of Bakersfield was by far the best price (safelite 👎🏻) in town. When I brought my car in they said” be done in a hour,” and it was 😁 I can recommend A.G. o B.
