Avision Autoglass

I initially called Avision Autoglass earlier today to inquire about a windshield replacement, and the experience started off well. A very nice lady provided me with a detailed price estimate after I gave her the car details. Pleased with the quote, I called back later in the day to set an appointment. Unfortunately, this second interaction was very different. A man answered this time, and when I mentioned I wanted to book the appointment, he suddenly gave me a much higher price estimate than what I had received earlier. When I politely pointed this out, his tone became very angry, and he responded aggressively, asking, “So why did you call again to get an offer?” (which wasn’t my intention—I just wanted to schedule the appointment). Without waiting for my reaction, he told me to "wait on the line," but after 5 minutes of being on hold, he never returned, and I had to hang up. These guys are the guys you want! They offer better rates than the big chains, and they come to your home or work address to perform the service. Affordable and extremely professional. Avision will be my go-to for any other glass services.
