**Would give ZERO stars if I could!** I was driving home from work about a month ago and a rock flew up from the truck in front if me and cracked my window. I called safelite and they couldn’t help in a timely manner. At the recommendation of several friends and family I went to B&B Auto Glass first thing the next morning. They had my window in stock and could replace it that day! SUCCESS!- so I thought... I picked up the truck that afternoon. They were getting ready to close so I hurried to pay them and be on my way. Got home and started looking everything over (I should have done that there but as I said they were getting ready to close) and I noticed some issues. The windshield wiper cowls were broken and cracked in several places. They apparently also brok the pins that hold it in place because those were replaced with random screws. Some places were broken completely off and those pieces were glued directly to the windshield! I went inside to get the phone number off the invoice so I could call them and the invoice was billed for a Ford F-150... I do not own an F150 and this my insurance wasn’t going to cover my windshield... forget calling I decided to go back in person first thing the next morning... Owners were not there would be back shortly. The man in the back says he is the one that replaced my windshield- so I asked him about the cowls. (Deer in the headlights look) “uh, oh yea, I meant to tell you about that but I was busy. It was so brittle it just crumbled when I touched it” I let it go because I wanted to talk to the owner. The owner came back and fixed my invoice. I then asked him about the cowls- (very confused look on his face) “what are you talking about? We don’t even have to remove the cowls to replace the windshield.” I told him that he may want to talk to him employee in the back, and he did. He came back to me and said “he said that it just crumbled when he touched it. If you buy a new one I will install it for you for free”. I told him that I would look into it. Those windshield wiper cowls cost more than the windshield!!!!! I was FURIOUS by this time!!! I was going to call but decided and email to have everything in writing instead... They have refused to fix it because “it was old and brittle and they can’t afford to eat the cost to replace it” yet they told me “it didn’t have to be removed to replace the windshield”. I explained that that was unacceptable and they offered to get a used one and replace it- I told them I was fine with that as long as it wasn’t broken or cracked and I have never heard another word from them! The ONLY thing that they advertise that they do not cover is de-lamination of paint. It is my understanding that this business was respectably run for many many many years but has been taken over by new people. It is a shame that they are giving this lack of customer service and giving the company such a bad name after so many years of hard work and dedication from the people before them!

Alright so, I was very happy with the service i got first off let me put that out there. I needed a chip filled on my front window and they helped me out and i only waited around for about 45 minutes and I was a walk in customer. So why 4 stars? Well i took this picture from where i sat in the waiting room. I dont think its very professional to have your kids running around in an open waiting room along with toys scattered. Now do i personally mind this? To an extent I do. I can understand childcare is very expensive and you do what you have to do. But not just loose in the waiting room with covid-19 being viewed as lackluster with the public walking in and out.

I went here to replace my windshield after it got cracked from hitting a pole, and so far they were the cheapest option (I'm a college student and money is tight). They charged me a fair price and the installation process was great. After they replaced the windshield, they let me know that they could also replace my side mirror which was damaged in the crash. I told them that I was going to try and replace it myself, but I'd call them if I changed my mind. Well, I ended up wanting them to replace my mirror so I called in a few days after having my window replaced. The lady I spoke to was very nice and after telling her my predicament, she said she would contact her supplier and give me a call back. It has now been two weeks and they have not called, so I called again and left a message and they have not returned the call. I was so disappointed because they seem like such a nice family run company but are lacking in their customer service.

On our way home from vacation, a semi lost something off the truck and it hit our windshield going 70 mph, it cracked our whole windshield. By the grace of God we made it to safety. We called B&B and spoke to Mike (shop was closed but he was there doing inventory and happened to answer the phone). Due to the forecast for rain we were concerned that the inside of our SUV would get wet, Mike told us if we could get it to him, he could put it in his garage until he worked on it the next day. Luckily the shop was only 2.5 miles away so he waited for us to bring it then he kindly gave us a ride back to our hotel. The next day he replaced the windshield and again picked my husband up and brought him to the shop to get his vehicle. Mike went above and beyond for us. Mike did a great job replacing the windshield and in a timely manner. Mike’s workmanship was as awesome as his kindness. I first called February 15th to get my passenger side window glass replaced. I was told the glass was ordered and they would call when it got in. Called a few days later, still not in, called the next week and was told it was not in due to the weather in Texas. I was once again told to wait for them to call me back. I called back March 3rd and they gentleman said the lady working there would be calling me back. I called All Safe Glass in Kannapolis the same day. All Safe came to my work and replaced my glass two days later. I'm STILL waiting on the call back from B & B.

Amazing place and amazing people. I took a piece of glass to them to have cut for my house window, and it turned out being tempered, so I had to buy a whole new piece and it costed way less than I expected. Ended up having the wrong measurements and walked in there the second time with cut ribbon and they didn’t judge me too much while measuring the ribbon out to cut the glass! And on top of that, the guys didn’t even charge me for the second piece of glass which was 100% a blessing whether they knew it or not. I will definitely be getting any kinda glass I need from them in the future and will 100% recommend them to anyone I know!
